Called on Sunday 3/27 due to a hot water heater not working. Plumber on call told us that the manufacturer would not pay overtime but he would provide our information to the office at 7 am when he reported to work. I called Rheem and received a work order number and proceeded to call and set up an appointment at 8 am. I was told Susie would get with me to schedule an appointment. I called again at 1:30 pm because Susie had never called. She finally called at 2:30 pm and proceeded to tell me that they receive100s of emails from Rheem. I pointed out that they had received the email from Rheem at 8:17 am. Due to her incompetence the soonest they could schedule a repairman was on Thursday March 31.

We had a whole system water system (softener,UV, and carbon tank) installed, and a RO under the sink! We had a great experience, Justin is extremely knowledgeable and helped answer all the questions we had, he took time to explain the systems and made recommendations based on what we were looking for to filter out PFAS and chemicals of concern in our water system. The service technician Emilio was efficient and knowledgeable on the install. We have used them for other plumbing needs in the past and they have always provided fast and quality services. We are very happy with our water system!

Whirlpool sent these people to my rental property to look at a water heater I had purchased 6 months ago that randomly stopped and started working whenever it felt like it. the techs said that since they couldnt find anything wrong with it I was responsible for paying the 142 dollar fee for said service call. They knew it was a rental property, they knew I the owner had to authorize any such charges but choose to ignore that and had my tenant sign off on the service call. This company is incompetent and unethical, use at your own risk.
