An amazing place to get an amazing workout, all the trainers I've met have heart in this program ! I've already lost 8 pounds in three weeks clean eats and gym 4-5 days a week! Von the owner is a dedicated passionate man who loves family, he treats everyone with respect and like family! I am a member for life!!

I travel a lot for work and try out different crossfits in whichever city I am in-- and this one is definitely one of the best. Definitely made it to the top 3 list. There is a real focus on technique here and a fun atmosphere! However beware of a changing rate- it went from $30 a week to $50 a week- as many crossfits as I have been to- I have never experienced such a fluctuation in price! For that reason, I will not be coming back and will return to CC Corpus! However, if you are looking for a great workout and truly develop in Crossfit- Crossfit Iron Addicts is the place to be!
