Excited for this new location- being able to just walk right up to pump at the gas station was a major plus. There was also a section in the tire area when you can put air in your tires (self-service). Not sure that they all have this feature. I'm guessing bc it's a new location, they definitely were checking faces that pop up on the digital reader when you come in. Lots of samples on the aisles and everything in stock. Lots of registers weren't open but it was also a weekday and the store wasn't too packed. Would def be back to this location. Also nice that it's located next to HEB and a slew of stores so you can do all your shopping in the same area.

I usually stop by this location just to get gas when I'm going to the family house because there are never any lines. Even when I went inside there were hardly any crowds which is the exact opposite of the madhouse that is the Sugar Land location so if you have the choice between the two, come to this one. I haven't tried it but you might actually have a fighting chance at getting an appointment at this Tire Center too since it's literally impossible to get one for the same week online at the Sugar Land location.I do wish that they had this location 5 miles more north to take pressure off the Katy location because there is a bigger population there and it would be better in relieving the crowds off there and I don't think Sugar Land people drive further to get to this one but the way development goes, maybe this one will get just as crowded as the other ones.

Seemed to have more of an Asian flair out here. They were even serving indomie for samples. I mean, do you really need to sample the best noodles ever to know this?

It's grand opening and they need to get it together. I came with my membership card and you scan before you come in. I scan and they told me I needed to go customer service. Waited in the long line at customer service and they couldn't figure out why. So went back to the entrance with customer service person to figure it out. They say I didn't have a picture and I showed them my card with a picture. Wasted my time. Great location! Clean and new.

This location sells Goolsby's Country Sausage, 24 frozen patties per box, this is the good stuff people! Not all Costcos in the Houston area sell this...shame on them. We picked this location to shop at because of this and it gives us new restaurants to try before or after we shop.

Love the new Location in Richmond although some system issues are yet to be resolved. The store is typical of all stores but there is a special appreciation for this location being new. The early morning is the best time to shop to avoid the crowds. Regardless of the time of arrival the food/items are stocked and looking great. I'm starting to enjoy the prepared meals to go, this is a great value considering the amount of food. My only knock is that my electronic ID doesn't work at the self checkout. Every single visit help needed to complete the transaction.

We visited Costco's grand opening and scored a great Wagyu steak deal ($59.99/lb). If you know you know. When we returned in the evening to grab more wagyu steak, a staff member incorrectly told my sister her membership card was invalid, causing us to waste time at customer service. The issue? My sister's picture wasn't on the card, despite being there all along.

Mrs insisted that we go shopping on the grand opening for good deals and savings. I was fearful of the mad crowd. Luckily, it wasn't crazy like I expected. I had no problem locating a parking spot and it wasn't in outer space. It was crowed inside, but Mrs managed to drive her shopping cart without hurting anyone. Mrs and I found some good savings while we test tasted various free foods. The checkout lines were short since all checkout stations were opened. All employees we encountered were nice.

I don't typically write reviews or create accounts, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience.First, there was only one cart attendant--who, despite being young, displayed a poor attitude when I asked for a cart and then walked away. It was evident he was frustrated, likely because he was left alone outside during opening hours. The cart area in the parking lot was overflowing, extending beyond the designated line and obstructing traffic by a quarter.Second, my family experienced a significant delay at the register, which made us uncomfortable as the line backed up. This happened because only one lane was open while two employees were stationed at the self-checkout area. The manager Rick needs to improve his organizational skills to address these issues and ensure a better experience for customers in the future.
