I am well aware of how you handled my 88 year old mother's rehab and it was pathetic. I personally brought in an extensive amount of her wardrobe to your facility which I explained came from mostly upper end stores. It was explained to me that if someone did not check my mother's clothes in then it never happened. So I was called a liar. I cooked up this scheme to get rich off a rehab hospital by claiming I brought in imaginary clothes. I thought that was rich, considering from the time my mom came to you from the hospital informing me my mother had been delivered there, I never talked to a nurse, a therapist or an administrator. But patient care is of utmost importance to you sir. Really? My mom was allowed to stay there exactly two weeks, as I was told by one of your employees, that is when you ship them home well or not when the insurance runs out. My mother lived across the street and she was wheeled over there with the gown on her back and nothing else. She was deposited in the lobby and you walked out the door. My mother had to wear hand me downs until she moved in with me and I purchased her a new wardrobe while you did nothing sir. Nothing for her rehabilitation and not properly caring for her belongings. So do not tell me that you reviewed the case and found what exactly? I don't believe your priority is patient care, it is the bottom line. Please do not try to make my complaint trivial. Those things belonged to my mother and were important to her. She passed on mother's day, 2023 while she was in hospice and I was by her side . She was an amazing wife, mother and person. She did not deserve the treatment she was given at your facility. I'm sure other children of elderly parents would be interested in my evaluation of your facility. I only gave you one star because I had to. That is my response, sir.

My dad was a patient here and he was given the utmost care and compassion. Thank you to all the staff for their help with getting my dad better and back home!
