My husband Larry had CCHD do some work on his Heritage. Kevin in Service was fantastic. Got the old bike humming ahead of schedule. But Larry he stopped to look at the Electra Glides... Then brought me in to meet Erik and John Robert in Sales. More exceptional service! And Jo handled our financing smoothly, with a smile and fun chat.The atmosphere in Corpus Christi HD is high energy, happy, warm and inviting. And it isn't just a clever sales line, when they answer, "We're having a wonderful day at Corpus Christi Harley Davidson!" I mean it's a line. But it felt pretty genuine. The excitement is contagious. Bell ringing, music blaring and pipes scream when another happy customer buys a bike! (Ooh! What else happens when bells ring? Remember Jimmy Stewart? Wings!)So I sat in that shop, missing that world. This week it's been 9 years since my bike wreck. I had a TBI, and got pretty clobbered. I'm creakier and wonkier than I used to be. I hid behind fear for a long time. But if you're a biker, you don't really live, until you ride again. John Robert suggested I take the class Harley offered.We returned Friday afternoon with the title to the old bike. I asked Dani about the next class, thinking it'd be weeks. She scrambled, and got me in that night! The class went through the weekend, and it was great. It was well designed to instill confidence, skill and the right focus. I did have a panic moment on the last day, and Coach Norm Navarro handled things so beautifully. Just calmly repeated basics and kinda threw me back in line. I made it. Thanks Norm!As I told Mike, when he called and emailed to follow up on my class, this incredible group of people gave me back my "wings." The open road, the connection to family, it was right there waiting. I'm so thankful to have found my way to Corpus Christi Harley Davidson. We will be customers for life. Loved coming here with my family!!! My dad owns some Harley's and likes to stop by and check out the bikes and see what's new.When we arrived we were greeted by an employee who helped a lot. From explaining the bikes, starting them, and showing us the new inventory of bikes and vehicles. The other employees inside were very nice and also provided help. They also recommended coming on the weekend for a grill out and stated they were giving free burgers & hotdogs.We later showed up on the weekend, had burgers and hotdogs along with some drinks and test drove the new Venice Vanderhall 3-wheeled automobile. We had a blast! We had a great time and had a great experience here at Corpus Christi Harley Davidson! So if you're looking for great help along with great bikes, then this is the place! Everyone is amazing!From the front entrance in merchandise to the service department.Jill is a super friendly first impression whether on the phone or in person.Elissa is attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. She has helped us on several occasions.Michael bends over backwards to make your experience excellent.My husband has had a great experience with both Jimi and Kevin in service. Both of them are knowledgeable, kind, and really helpful.We have owned several HD bikes and used many dealerships across the country.This dealership should be proud of their employees.Top notch crew!Thanks y'all!

Another inconvenient spot. But we were on vacation in the area and went. Thanks to Google maps. My husband and I will always stop at any Harley-Davidson that is convenient and is easily accessible from the highway. I won't drive in circles and I don't like going back the way I came to visit a shop. Especially on a road trip. So if a shop ticks all the convenience factors, we're gonna go in. Hubs likes the graphic tees and I get the poker chips. I'm up to 40 (ish)

Felicia and Katlyn were very, very helpful on my merchandise purchase. I am so glad they ordered my vest (s) and got them in a timely manner as well as the other items I purchased. This review is long overdue. I found the bike I wanted on Cycle Trader, which was listed by Corpus Christy Harley Davidson. I did the online request for information and Josh called me. I felt very at ease working with him, and knew pretty quickly that this was a person I could do business with. It was a long-distance purchase, and Josh handled it wonderfully. I bought a plane ticket, flew to Corpus and headed for the dealership. Jo in finance had all the paperwork ready, Josh had the bike prepped and ready, and it was quite a stress-free experience. I finished the purchase and headed home on my new bike. I also have to offer praise for Kevin, the service advisor. I wanted a few things done to the bike before I departed, and he got things accomplished like a wizard. Josh, Jo and Kevin are the best. I do wish that I would have received some sort of link or call to offer a review of my experience.
