I have called and left so many voice mails for Mr. Jimmy Rubio I have called once a day for a week left Voice mails. then once a week for 3 weeks about a truck I even called the switch board I get passed to desk phone I leave a voice mail no call back nothing I guess they don't want any business!!! ps if don't say call on the web site if don't want any business

Horrible customer service. Had an appt to have our rv a/c fixed while passing through CC. Stayed in town 5 days to wait for our appt only to show up at our appt time to be told we're too busy now come back in 2 weeks. Talked to the service Mgr who suggested we lied about even having an appt. I have never been treated so horribly at what's supposed to be a professional business. Don't waste your time or money. Go to Kirks Truck Service in CC instead. They know how to treat people like people.

Phoned ahead to see about getting a code reader put on and was told no problem . Engine was running fine but engine light came on. Girl said no problem then when we got there they wanted to charge $685.00 to put the code reader on. What a complete rip off went done the road and got it looked after. I should have looked at the reviews there's a good reason they are so low.

this place is a joke they want three days friday to monday to replace four batteries under warranty!!!!

Do not stand behind there work. Had a simple overhead ran, they tightened the number 4 valve down too tight and had to replace and of course wasn't there fault. So got stuck paying for repairs. If u have too have work done go somewhere else in Corpus Christi.

Corpus Christi Freightliner was amazing. We were towed there when our RV lost power. They were extremely busy with 8 jobs in front of us but managed to free up a technician to help us. We were able to get going in a much shorter than expected time frame. Very friendly and professional. Rock stars there in our opinion!!

Towed in here after breakdown. Took longer than they quoted to look at the rig and totally overcharged for the time actually spent to repair it. I will not be back. Should have went to the CAT dealer. Beware.
