Made an appointment 2 weeks ago, they had my vin and so they knew what was coming in. Trailered my atv over, called me 3 hrs later to pick up. They said they could not find a wiring harness for mine (totally avail online) or reconnect wiring. Also stated they could not place a new belt because clutch assembly was missing a piece. I asked why not replace the assembly then? Girl stated there are none, also avail online everywhere! This can't even be called a shop, such a joke!Funny reply from the owner, much of what you said is not true at all! I had the video running on my phone when I returned to pick up my machine because I definitely wanted to record the conversation and lack of ability of your organization when I was called and got the whole conversation. I'll be putting it up on more social media for everyone to hear, have a great day! Btw, anything you said that was not available definitely is! I was able to find everything no problem.

Purchased a top for my Honda SxS. Everyone in the dealership was engaging and/or helpful from start to finish. I was a Honda factory rep for 35 years. Dealer development was one of my responsibilities. This outfit gets an A+. Shoutout to Janelle, Dactyl and Mike for all the assistance figuring out how to load the big box.

I bought a set of preowned highway bars from here through eBay. I couldn't be happier! I paid WAY less than new and the bars are in excellent condition. Janelle was great to work with and I'll definitely do business with them again.

I have been to several motorcycle shops ranging from one brand to a complex of several brands. This shop, by far, has been the worst. My wife and I were not greeted, yet there was not a single customer in the shop. We walked around the Indian Motorcycle side for 15 minutes and had to find someone to help us. My wife looked at one of the employees and without getting out of his seat said, do you need help? Seriously? I could have been there to by a bike! All I wanted was a dealership T-Shirt, he said sorry, we are waiting for them to get in. The options for apparel was dismal at best. The shop was devoid of any give a poop. Even the woman's bathroom was horrible, from what my wife said. The employees were talking about what club they went to, not trying to help us or make the shop better. To say this is what paid by the hour looks like is an understatement. If you are looking for a good dealership, go see Woods Cycle Country in New Braunfels. They know what customer service is. Indian Motorcycle needs to pull their brand from this dealership.

Took 2 bikes in. Provided the oil and filters. All they had to do was change the oil. They drained the oil. Called me to pick up. Both engines seized up because guess what. They didn't put oil in either bike. 100% the worst experience I've ever had with a shop. Manager said the guy who did oil change doesn't usually make these kinds of mistakes. Keep clear if you value your machines. These guys are the worst!!!

Purchased an Indian Motorcycle helmet fromthese kind folks. Janelle helped me with the sale. Super responsive and even responded while out of the office (online purchase). Responded to all of my questions. Would definitely recommend doing business with them! Family owned business, which I really appreciate!

First time using CCCP for service. Had a break in service done on my Sea Doo Switch. Excellent service and very helpful staff. Ashley in service was great, informative, and very helpful. Had a new key programed by Kessler who was very good at his job as well as a good sense of humor.On time and no surprises. Happy customer.

$398.04 for an oil change is insane. If you are okay with robbery the service department will still give you the runaround. They will change the service date and won't give you a straight answer. Almost $400 for an oil change! I wouldn't recommend to anyone

Just bought a new Polaris 450 Sportsman. Sales people were ok. No problem selling. If a customer wants to buy. Problems start when the unit is took to the service department for its final inspection. The one tech that was in charge of my unit did a horrible job. 1. outside appearance: the wheels had thick coating of goo. Tech knew about this. and didn't clean it. 2. oil levels were over the full mark. 3. coolant level was below min level. 4. that's as far as I got before writing this review. 5. 6.7.Wit 2 days of trying to get the break in process going. I haven't even got the unit off the trailer. Service manager is very nice. offered to help. At this point I'm low in trust. Having to buy fluids and equipment. And not enjoying something that you work hard to purchase and enjoy. Advice. Either don't buy here. Or ask to meet Joe the service manager before you signing for the unit.
