Copano Bay Rv Resort and Cabins

It's difficult to review an RV park when you like the manager, but you also know there is tremendous room for improvement.To begin the entryway roads are hazard to your vehicle. There are potholes that fill up with water that should be fixed immediately. The first speed bump if you go over slightly more than 5 mph. Your car will bottom out.They do have new ownership, so perhaps given time they will fix that situation. You will notice immediately how small the spaces are and how close together they are. I could constantly hear my neighbors particularly when they were drinking. The dog park needs to be sodded.They do have a lot to do. They have a nice pool overlooking the bay. The location is incredible as are the sunsets. Apparently, a lot of of people like this RV park so I am quite confident that I am in the minority. I do like the manager and she will do the best that she can for you and will give you 100%

Really sad to see how this formerly wonderful park has changed. The entire very hard working staff has left and you can tell how it affected the park. This place used to be a blast with families enjoying the pool together, grilling out, fishing at the pier and lots of laughs. No longer....a sad park with no life left. Kim, Regina, Dale....you are missed...thank you for everything you did to make this place what it was. We wish you many blessings.

This is the best RV park in Rockport. There is always something to do and lots of activities on the weekends. Greatest staff who are friendly and always there to help you in any thing you need. The managers are the best people who always has time to chat and always has a smile. The fishing pier is new and is lit up at night. The swimming pool is great on these hot days. The club house, laundry room, and office are all remodeled since Harvey and are beautiful. A very welcoming and friendly park.Will always stay at this wonderful park.

DO NOT BOOK unless you are sure. You do not get a refund on the money you put down. My wife book and 4 days later we changed our minds because our group moved to another place in Texas. Cost us $305.00 for that mistake.She told us they had pickleball but she didn't tells us it was once a week in the road. I hope this saves somebody else some grief. I would give them half a star but it won't let me

Starting 1/1/25 park charging $1/day park amenities usage fee plus 3.5% credit card fee on all transactions! The 'amenities' include a new pickleball court located in the street, not on a safe court! Beware of this park's new owner's changes!

We stay for a month may to June,we meet really nice people their,Danny the maintenance and grounds Keeper is awesome loves his fishing,the office staff was awesome too,clean and cold restrooms nice and clean pool with a restroom by it which is nice we will stay again thank you all for a great stay

We had a nice time, the tiny house was cozy and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. We took the kayaks out for the day with our grandson and had a blast.

Very nice cabana would recommend friends and family to stay there. Great hospitality can't wait to book again.

Great place with wonderful Amenities. So nice to have the community bikes to use for FREE, the Kayak launch, the dog park and wash and of course the pool etc. Really couldn't ask for better amenities. The location is also good, and I love that they have cabins as well as RV spots.

Our stay at Copano Bay / Tiny Homes was so nice. We enjoyed every minute.The Copano Bay staff take very good care of their guests and offer so many nice amenities and activities. Our Host Ashley was incredible. She worked so hard creating such a lovely beachy little cottage with a lazy porch (my fav) and a newly added patio sectional to sit on while you enjoyed the view of the water and sunsets. It was perfect. So peaceful. The cottage itself, was decorated so lovely with every/anything you could imagine or ever thought you needed. (bed and bedding very comfy, too) Again - Ashley. She's so talented and will take care of you perfectly and timely. We would come back more often if it was not so far for us. So, for those that are closer than us - Go & Enjoy often ! We had a mini family reunion and some stayed in the cottages, some right by us in their own camper. So, if you have larger groups, book several or all of them. And if you need something different for in between times at Copano Bay (or again for larger groups), Ashley has some other properties that she's done with completely different vibes, that are incredible.We would've stayed longer (we stayed 5 nights) if it hadn't already been booked.
