I'm saddened to hear that the store has closed permanently due to the owners retirement. It was a cherished local gem, and its absence will be deeply felt in the city.

Terrible. The lady who works their just plays on the computer. Myself and another gentleman walked in and not one word was said, the atmosphere was lame. Also very lazy. Do better.

I don't have a pull box but I can preorder book here. Prices are fair and the staff is friendly. I get my supplies and some back issue books here.

This place SUCKS..the owner is rude and unhelpful...nothing but negative vibes in this place...how is this shop still open??

After visiting this place while touring the local comic shops in Corpus I can say the other reviews are spot on. Selection is one of the smallest I've ever seen in a comic shop. My shop back at home had at least 3 times the selection when they were that small. Shop is also bare-bones in appearance, giving off an uninspired vibe to it. This is made worse by the fact that the guy behind the desk clearly did not want me or anyone else who was shopping in there. Unmotivated and gave off a put-upon vibe as soon as I walked in the door, taking that uninspired vibe I mentioned earlier and turning it into a hostile one. Normally I like visiting comic shops because of the positivity geek culture brings, but this one I could not wait to get out of. Clearly run by people that either don't care about, or actively despise their merchandise and/or clientele. Take my and the other reviewers' advice, DON'T SHOP HERE.

Worst comic store I have ever been too!The owner walks outta of the back room like I'm disturbing him. Just trying to buy my comics. I asked for an issue. He did not respond. Asked again. "If it's not on the shelf, then we don't have it". Wow. How are they even in business?!? What was he doing so secretly in that back room. "Adult videos"?!? Ewwww
