Jenna is your girl! My husband and I have been buying real estate for over 30 years... we have NEVER had such a wonderful agent as Jenna. We purchased our home from our living room in California. We had full and complete trust in Jenna. She was very honest and made sure that we didn't miss anything that we might regret later. She brought people to bring us quotes and give us second opinions since we were not able to see it with our own eyes in person. She went out of her way even took our phone calls as late as nine and 10 o'clock in the evenings, some nights, as we would forget about the time change. Coastline Properties is a LOCALLY owned real estate business that in my opinion is solely concerned with generating revenue over the interests of both buyer and seller. When representing me as the seller my agent used dated "comp's" which were substantially lower than asking price in order to flip the house faster in a "sellers market" and during my experience it was clear my agent was networking with the buyer's agents during the entire selling process in order to expedite the sale over my best interests.It has been communicated to me by a number of individuals who had been in the market to purchase homes who felt their Coastline agents were deliberately pressuring them to focus on pushing homes which tended to be in a higher price range. So as a result of my experience I would highly recommend a nationally recognized Real Estate firm that protects its overall reputation throughout the US ensuring their agents conduct business with integrity and professionalism while keeping their customers interests at heart instead of a locally owned business more concerned with how fast they can generate sales at all costs even at the customers expense.Very short sighted in my opinion!

Mary Scruton with Coastline Properties was excellent to work with!! She showed up with a mask, since that is very important right now. We owned a condo on the island and as our family grew, we needed a bigger place. We called Mary and she helped find us a perfect place near the beach. We listed our condo with Coastline Properties and it sold in hours. She is a joy to work with. She was always very sweet and honest about the properties we looked at. My husband and I have absolutely LOVED working with everyone at Coastline Properties! In addition to purchasing a home via them (with Bethany Bell - she is AMAZING!), we also rented a property via them (with Patti Finzel - who is INCREDIBLY helpful and such a fun person!).
