Don't advertise you are a "walk in" clinic and then try to make an appointment when you walk in. Also casting was done wrong, told that it wasn't healed after three weeks made an appointment somewhere else because they were billing me and insurance separately. When I went to other place they told me he was healed no wonder they didn't send his X-Rays to the new doctor. I was told from them they wanted to see him in another 4 weeks if we would've waited we would've paid for another visit and X-rays and he would've needed rehabilitation... all around poor care

The orthopedic office of south Texas. Great staff, great doctors and great skill. As a father of 5 kids (4 boys) and 7 grandkids (4 boys) we have used them a lot. Football skateboarding and some of us just walking around and they have always done great for us.

Dr Williams performed ACL reconstruction 11 months ago. We agreed on the patellar tendon graft. The day of surgery as I'm in the gurney he changed the surgery to the hamstring graft. I actively compete in a sport. I explained the desire for less complications due to the muscular imbalances. Recently, my hamstring from which they grafted tore. The surgery was done on the right leg. The left side of my back is in pain due to the over compensation of these muscles against the non surgery side. I now have a leg which was injured and is a constant reminder of how the surgeon should have performed the graft I desired, in patellar tendon graft. He will sit in front of you and lie to your face about what surgery he is going to perform. You can bring him research which he says he will go over but he dismisses it once you do, by trying to rush through your visit. The nurse that runs the surgical scheduling was never polite and seemed upset during my visits. I would not recommend this doctor for your orthopedic needs.

Dr. Williams is the type of doctor you want caring for you. In this day and age of getting money fast and hurrying to surgery to get paid, he sits with you and discusses all the avenues available to you for your injury. I highly recommend him and his staff is wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating to you. I was the last appointment and I could tell it was a rough day and they were ready to go, but they did not make me feel rushed. From the nurse to the ladies at the window they were all very friendly and actually took an interest in me and being apart of their medical family.

Dr. Williams and his team are top notch. I shattered the joint in my wrist and after a year of recovery and multiple surgeries we are ready to take out the last piece of hardware. Dr. Williams cares for his patients and loves what he does. And he's good at it. I've been to several other orthopedic doctors and none can hold a torch to him. His Nurse assistant Jessica is always on top of things and is super sweet. Everyone is fantastic! My accident was on Christmas day (Friday) of 2015 & was able to get into surgery by Monday!!! Nobody wants to have an ortho but if you need one he's your guy!!! Thank you Coastal Orthopedics for your awesome care.

Had Dr appt with Dr Williams and received consultation for a ganglion cyst on my ankle. He aspirated it right away after reviewing the mri. His practice is traditional which I like. I had seen him before for a knee injury which was a second opinion. First ortho wanted to conduct surgery on my knee. Dr Williams felt it was not necessary and he was right. His practice reminds me on my old ortho dr Carlson whose dr office was located on Texan trail.

Stay away from this doctor AND his staff if you want authentic CARE! It's all about money for this office, not TREATING patients. Zero communication and not an ounce of class! Rude, rude , rude!

Not sure about Dr Williams, but his surgery scheduler is a disaster. I have left numerous messages for the scheduler, Monica , during the past year and have had to repeatedly call back due to no response. I am not a patient, but I am his patient's representative. I am hoping Dr Williams becomes aware of Monica's negligence and takes action to improve his patient services without retaliation.

Coastal Orthopedics, PA I appreciate your comments. I understand the utilization of conservative treatments, but which treatment was Kimberly treating me for? The meniscus tear or the arthritis? It just makes sense to treat the meniscus tear first then focus on treating the arthritis. Cortisone injections do nothing for a meniscus tear, neither does physical therapy. And how is never sending an insurance referral in to the insurance company helping me? That referral sat on someone's desk for nearly two months being ignored. It was only after I called the insurance company myself that action was taken on it. As for Covid 19, my treatments and surgery all occurred before the lockdown. Covid 19 is your offices excuse to blame the virus for your unprofessional staff and inefficiency. I hope you are sending your medical records clerk for more training. Her behavior and lack of knowledge regarding her job is astounding. I have two voicemails of her that will prove she lies and doesn't know what she's talking about. I'll be more than happy to play them for you should you be interested. I am happy to hear you have now implemented a closing walk through policy in your office. That is good news indeed! I cannot explain to you enough the shock I felt as I sat in your waiting room waiting for your employee to come back and either advise me that she couldn't find find the records Jessica told me were ready, or to give me the records. Instead I sat there for about 40 minutes listening to everybody walk out the door. If I hadn't gotten up and walked to the back office who knows how long I would have waited. Why did I sit there so long you ask? I sat there because it's inconceivable to me that a professional office staff would decide to just up and leave a patient because it was 5pm and they wanted to go home. I bet I was the joke of the office that next day. It was all hilarious until I told Jessica I went through everyone's desk. For the record, I never went through anyone's personal space, but I could have! Not so funny now is it? Do you now see why it was wrong to leave a patient in an unsecured office? That's just the HIIPA part of it, what about the customer service part of it? Is that honestly how you want your patients to be treated?I stand by my review. I wasted over a year of my time on providers and staff who had no interest in helping me achieve my good health. I have the second opinion of another doctor and a physical therapist who agree with me. And let me tell you, a simple apology could have alleviated all of this. Now, I'm taking this situation as far as I can.
