The people are nice... except for the "old man" I got. What a jerk, it seemed like he was upset that he had to do a pedicure... It was like I was bothering him, he was extremely rough and did a crap job. I thought I would try this place out because of the reviews... I got the wrong guy and I won't be back.

Outstanding visit for 2 coastal pedicures and a mani this afternoon! Beautifully decorated, super clean, and awesome service! Greated and sat immediately without an appointment. The complementary beverages were a nice touch. Note: the GPS address on yelp will send you to no where. They are located between O'Reilly and Goodwill across the street from HEB.

In town for little vacation and 2 daughters and I wanted little pampering, called to make appt, and was able to get all 3 of us in at same time in few hours! Aside from the upsale spiel from counter, was just wonderful. They did excellent job, very nice!! Highly recommend!

The first time I went, my pedicure was just so-so and my toes had to be redone. The polish was literally sliding off. Figured it was a bad batch of polish and went about my day. Second time I went the SAME THING happened. Mediocre pedicure. Basically the equivalent of a polish change with bad polish. Said I would never go back. It's been about 6 months or so and my girlfriends came to town. Wanted to all go get pedicures. They picked coastal so I figured I'd try again in hopes things got better. My toe was cut. In trimming one of my toes she literally LEFT a half cut piece of nail attached that was bleeding and I'm sure my 3 year old niece could have painted them better. We also made appointments for 10 am and it was pointless because we weren't seated until after 11.

Fabulous experience at Coastal Nails Spa! The salon staff was friendly and accommodating. My nails look great and only took 30 minutes! I will be back the next time I'm in Rockport!

I saw the reviews for Coastal Nail and decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did. This is the best pedicure I have ever had.I got the herbal pedicure for a very reasonable price. It included everything you would typically receive plus a 10 minute massage with stones, hot towels, wax and many different scrubs. The staff is very professional and easy to communicate with. They have great attention to detail. I have 'baby' toenails; small, and when the provider could not see them as well as she would like she asked her co-worker for help. So many times, people will just slap on paint and not consider the area they are painting. I appreciated it so much. I also had recently lost a toenail hiking and did not want to put an acrylic in its place, so the provider painted on a toenail at my request and you cannot even tell I am missing my toenail. I was offered coffee and beverages too. I will definitely come back here whenever I am in town.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!I got there at 10:50 and wanted a gel manicure, I was told there was a wait and it would be about 11:15. I was okay with that so I waited. At about 11:20 I was sat at a station, at 11:40 I was told to move to a different station but someone would be right over. At 12:17 a woman sat down and I showed her the design I wanted (see below) she just said "I don't do designs." I told her I was fine waiting for someone who could do it, she took my phone and showed all the other workers the picture until someone said he could do it. At about 12:45 I finally sat down with the man who ended up butchering my nails. I had my phone open to the picture the entire time and he consistently looked back at the picture. My natural nails were more than long enough to get the shape I wanted but he chopped them down and instead of getting nice, elegant almond nails I ended up with short, stubby round nails. I probably should have checked the thickness of the french tip but he kept looking back at the reference picture so I figured he had it in hand. When he added the sparkles it looked like my 3 year old nephew just drew Xs on my nails so I asked him to just take it off. This was the point that I realized how awful my nails looked overall but I had already been there for 3 hours and I didn't want to sit there for another minute. I should have told him to just take the gel off and gotten my money back but I didn't want to cause a scene. If he was unable to do what I asked I would have done something else but he told the other worker he could do it. Such a waste of my day.

We are in town for a wedding and we needed pedicures bad! They were amazing, professional and personable! Great experience!! Thank you!!

The best pedi I have ever had! Loved that she took her time. My husband also got one. His nail/feet are awful and he also received the the pedi ever. Love this place!
