Coastal Confections

Tried some of the deserts at the office the other day and they definitely made my day. Tasted several deserts and they were all baked to perfection!

How fun, to walk out of Pho Saigon vietnamese restaurant and to have right in front of me dessert at Coastal Confection! Cookies, brownies and pumpkin bread. Codie, the owner/ baker, was friendly and welcoming.

The treats are delicious and the owner is wonderful! I will definitely be making a stop next time I'm in Corpus.

Very nicely done from ordering to pick up. Banana cake was delicious and simply decorated in an understated shape of a hula dancer. Candle cakes were lovely too. Chocolate was most popular, banana cake was very moist and fresh with the white cake a close third! I recommend supporting this business!
