Love the new location, larger store, and increased selection! They have a place for spouses to sit and relax while the better half shops. Delightful staff!

Just got these cute shoes and bathing suit for my little girl. They have clothes for women, men, kids and cute home accessories. This is the only place I shop at when we go to Port A. Super cute southern style boutique.

This shop has a great variety of gifts and things for the home. I'm looking forward to going back. Highly recommend!

Loved it!! I usually frequent a shop next door and decided to pop in and see what they had. What a beautiful selection!! The home products are beautiful, clothing for everyone, and some really cute baby gifts! The shop has unique products that are in a variety of price ranges and I LOVED the home decor!!! The staff is very friendly and welcoming as well! Look forward to going back for more great finds!!

Beautiful bedding, clothing, kitchenware, and other gifts. Was a little taken a back by the prices but other than that impressed with the selection.

I love shopping- window shopping & actually filling up the bags and the trunk too. I have been an experienced shopper for some time now. Yes- I actually have a Neiman Marcus credit card that I was issued at Neiman Marcus in Los Angeles- which I continually shop at. I am not a judgmental woman who snubs her nose up at fun local spots- or even a Buc ee's gas station. I can find something fun anywhere! That being said- I would not spend any money in this store. The people behind the counter were not helpful at all, the attitude was actually an "I'm better than you" vibe. I was wearing a simple sundress. I mean this is Port Aransas- a Texas chill beach town! I hadn't done the whole overdressed to go shopping look by any means- but I was not scummy. The prices are high- but they are the same prices that qualify for those same brands that you would find in any other store- except that the brands that they carry seemed a bit out of place for the town. That is why the other reviews deem them expensive. Some of the brands are actually not "in" any longer- if you care about that sort of thing. I would assume that someone who usually purchases a high ticket item does- so beware. I do understand that it takes a little while for the Texas fashion pallet to adjust to the trends coming from L.A. or New York, so maybe that is what they are counting on- that the people shopping in their store will know the brand name and just buy. Some of the merchandise is out dated. You can find newer merchandise by the same brands online. There was nothing unique about this store at all. This store is for someone who wants to feel better about their purchase if it costs more. I probably would not have even thought twice about writing a review about this store if it hadn't been for the horrible attitude of the employees. A must-do every time I visit Port Aransas, Coastal Closet is a local gem. Love the boutique clothing brands and gift selection. Always stop in to browse the sale racks and beach bags. Would love to see more shoes and sandals!
