Unfortunately, I ended up having to cancel my trip with Coastal Charters. But I was very impressed with their service. They were very friendly and very accommodating. Their boats and pricing also seemed very reasonable compared to others. They also have one of the best cancel policies I found out of Port Arkansas. As long as you cancel two weeks before your trip, no questions asked full refund. While I may not be able to use them in the short term, their service will have me booking with them again in the future.

Absolutely the BEST Guy In Port A to Go Offshore Fishing With! Captain Danny Dorman and his Mate Justin.... TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL! We felt like we were fishing with a Friend, not a charter! The Knowledge and CATCHING Ability .... NOT just FISHING.... of Danny, Justin and "The Texas Bet" FAR Surpassed my expectations! Spend a 12 hour trip with my wonderful wife, Danny and Justin fishing for my birthday and would not have traded a minute of it for anything... this was one of the best birthdays ever... hands down! what better way to spend it than on the water with great people catching fish!Danny.... Can't wait until September for Tuna Season, we are already looking forward to that trip!Can Not Recommend Danny and The Texas Bet Enough... Wish I could give him a 10 Star Rating!

Family did an eight hour off shore fishing trip. It was fantastic! Captain Jake was informative and fun to fish with. We were lucky to catch our limit on snapper and we got a Wahoo and King Fish as well. The amount of fish we got really made the trip worth it. Highly recommend!

Went on this boat a few days ago with my husband and kids and had a blast! The water was very choppy but the captain made sure we had a good time and still caught a bunch of fish. I highly recommend this place, the captain and his deck hand were very knowledgeable on all the 100 questions my kids had and were great with the kids and helped them reel up their heavy fish. Definitely a great experience and if we ever come back and do this again we will definitely be going with this company!

Went out on a 14 hr trip on 10/7. We were blessed with amazing weather and after a bump first 15 miles settled for the long haul out to around 75 miles. Captain " Banjo" and his deck hand Jared worked hard on the troll rigging and re rigging baits all to no avail. After the 2 1/2 hour run out there and about 3 hours of trolling we switched to a deep drop. Fishing was great with barrel fish, grouper, hake and black belly rosies. After trying a bit deeper for tile fish to no avail we decided to head in to try for some AJ's. Hooked 5 big ones and successfully brought in one one. Great job to both Jared and capt banjo. They may not be the most experienced men of the port aransas fleet but after fishing Hawaii, Virginia and Florida offshore I can say they were the most enthusiastic and had great personalities. So many times the salty experienced captains expect perfection from there limited experienced clients. These guys rooted for you. Cheered you on. And celebrated every success and cried along side when the big one broke the line. Great job guys! Now if we could have only read what the fishing real said.......

Had another trip with these guys over the weekend. It's hard to compliment these guys enough. Danny and Jake work there tails off the entire day to make it the ultimate experience. I have taken trips all over . NOBODY is better at what they do. Can't wait for Deep Sea Round Up.
