Repair charges way over priced - diagnosed my toro and wanted $500 for new wiring harness and solenoid. I declined and took it home and my brother ran 1 wire from the solenoid to key switch and it started. I paid them $75 for nothing but a wrong diagnosis. They told me they wouldn't do warranty on a new Dixie mower unless I bought it from them. Secretary didn't know anything about the size of my yard but tried to tell me that I needed a 60" mower when I asked her the price on a 48" only because they had 60" mowers and would have to order a 48". I will never go back. Update1 year later and my toro is still mowing 12 lots.

Went to buy a mower. When I went to pay for it noticed a big sign by the cash register. It says they were a supporter of military and police and any toro product was 18% off. I showed them my Military ID. He said thats not on the cheaper models. I certainly didn't buy the cheap model, it was $370.00 front wheel drive. Certainly not cheap and considering it said ANY Toro model should not matter. Thats a big slap in the face to the military and he should remove the sign if he will not honor what he posts. Never coming back again, period!
