Short story: Great products, great prices, great customer service. Long story: I was traveling to the Corpus Christi area and when i got there i realized I left a vital piece of medical equipment at home. After several calls to various DME companies close to where I was, one of them suggested Coastal Bend. I called them and spoke with Erica who confirmed they had the product and supplies I needed. A quick call to my physician back home for a prescription and within about 20 minutes they had me all set up and ready to go. They helped me correct my bone-headed mistake and made the rest of vacation a fun time. I don't live in the Corpus area but I travel to that part of Texas several times a year. If I ever need anything while I'm there, Coastal Bend DME has my business. Thanks guys. You're the best ! !

We recently purchased a power lift chair from C. B. DME which was delivered to Portland (TX), satisfactorily assembled and demonstrated. It works as advertised but we noticed the seat sagging on the left side. A delivery man inspected it and told us that nothing could be done to repair it. Until this is fixed, it will be the.only item we will purchase from this company.

I have been dealing with the staff here for the last 14 months regarding a knee scooter. They have been super helpful in negotiating the complex world of Medicare/Insurance claims so that I did not have to pay anything out of pocket. I had to pay a couple of hundred dollars deposit in order to receive my equipment in a timely manner. They promised to refund that deposit when they received the insurance payment. True to their word, they did just that. I would highly recommend them for all your durable medical needs. They are very pleasant and easy to deal with. A big shout out to Lisa in billing! Thanks.
