Coastal Bend at Seadrift

Cute little motel, very clean. The staff is very friendly. I dropped a glass bottle of liquid calcium magnesium on the tile floor in our room when I was unpacking it and it made quite the mess. I went to the office to ask for a broom and mop and the lady was more than happy to help me clean it up. She was friendly about my clumsiness and didn't give me any attitude, just a smiles and understood my pregnancy mishap. My keycard stopped working for some reason and I was able to get a new one fast by calling the number on the office door, even though it was dark and after hours, he got a new one down to me right away. My only complaint is the beds, they weren't very comfortable, but I'm pregnant and used to sleeping on memory foam. My back and hips are now hurting from two night ms of sleeping on it. If we ever stayed there again, I'd bring a roll up mattress cover for more cushion. Other than that, good and affordable spot to sleep.

Stayed there for 3 nights in Novermber place was supper clean and the staff was very friendly. Would stay there again and recommend the Coastal Bend Motel to anybody that is traveling to the Sea Drift area.
