Very interesting place with history from 1880.Different levels of seating. Very friendly staff and fast service. The server told about the history of the restaurant as a first time there.We ordered their famous onion rings which is why we stopped there. Yes, delicious and the small order is huge. We ordered the ice tea when we noticed the majority of the customers drinking it and it was good.Very good server and service.

Still a family favorite. Can't go wrong with the onion rings. I'm still very much partial to grilled or blackened catfish but the fish tacos come a very close second now. The burgers are still good. We've tried just about every item on the menu and they are all good. Service is consistently good. The military discount is still very much appreciated. Can't complain.

Much improved meal than last time, I skipped the fish n chips and went with ole faithful catfish plate. Small has 4 pieces of fish, medium 6 . Plenty for anyone. Comes with coleslaw, beans and fries. Very good and filling. Got the house margarita, packs a punch at least for occasional margarita drinkers. I don't know how long ago jalapeños stopped being complimentary.. I'm pretty sure there wasno charge in the past , now $1 in a 3 oz cup , good to share. It was my husband's birthday but like I said last review , no free birthday desserts. Otherwise very good meal

Stopped by after living in the area for 20 years normally the line is too long and I just happen to pass by after lunch. No wait. I had a bowl of gumbo and some fried catfish. The gumbo was very good as to the fish. The service was ok. I felt that it could have been a little faster due to the fact is wasn't busy. I will try the onion rings. The table next to me had them and they looked so good. The vibe is farmhouse and the prices are what to be expected for fried catfish. I will be back and I recommend but at slower times. Enjoy.

This is one of our staples on our visits but yet I've never reviewed. A local establishment with lots of fun decor. Very kitschy. Service is always impeccable, no matter how busy they get. And trust me, they get packed!Known for many items, one of my faves would be their onion rings. Lightly battered and they aren't heavy. The breading is seasoned to perfection.I love the grilled chicken salad, the marinade has such refreshing flavor; very Southwest.

We visit Clear Springs often. Family from Oklahoma here were so excited to go. We all were served lukewarm to cold food. I asked the waitress to bring me fresh cooked oysters and they came out hot but swimming in grease and overcookedSad... Not coming back.

Ok, omg, first we were seated quickly and the just was sweet and mine, our waitress was amazing!! I loved her, her name was Ann. She was on top of everything, kind, friendly just just sweet. The food was absolutely perfect! My steak was cooked perfect the flavor was insane, Montana Mike's steak wasn't this good, Longhorn Steakhouse wasn't this good! It's amazing! The green beans were so flavorful the catfish was perfect, my date loved it! And the atmosphere was so chill, it was clean, comfortable and just nice. I loved it! 10 out of 10.

Southern cooking with cajun seasoning. Fish, shrimp, salads, steaks, burgers, and more. They got it all. Service on the mark. My hubby came here years ago and also took me to the Nac location (excellent)It's just flat out good. Combo plates give you a great variety. Onion rings are awesome. Jalapeno crawfish chowder is spicy and so good. Blackened grilled or fried Cedar Spring restaurant is bringing it! Super casual and family friendly. Come hungry.
