I decided to try out other nail salons and I am SHOOK at how stunning my nails look. they shaped it so well and really paid attention to all the details. The place is very clean too. A huge shoutout to the amazing nail tech Sunny for the nails. She was super conversant and kind!

Second visit to this shop, got my nails done by Mario. The execution was exactly like the photo I showed him. Happy with my service. And they gave FREE body and hand lotions for services $50 and up as their holiday "giveaway".

I followed David from another salon because he knows my fingers and it shows. I've gone other places and they attempt to tell me that I got crooked fingers and their will is sloppy. Not here Ive referred multiple girl friends over here and they are not disappointed.

services were rushed. When initially offered in store credit by management due to my dissatisfaction they then turned around and said it was against store policy. So they do not offer refunds or store credit if their technicians mess up.

if you close at a certain time don't rush my service you're gunna be there one way or another boo. Candy had a Terrible attitude like I ruined her day by getting a normal service. Very rude. cute nails tho. Ugly personality, it's almost like yall hire anyone at this point. Thank u

I followed a sweet lady that I had been with for many years to Classy Nails. She does amazing pedicures. I needed my nails done and got another lady that also transplanted to this salon. My pedicure sweet lady did an amazing job, however I think management does not allow her to be as customer oriented as she was. She used to really clean and manicure my feet, but now I'd more rushed. I get the higher priced pedicures, always have. At the other place she took her time, here as I said she is more rushed. As far as my nails, here at this salon, I typically went with the other transplant lady. However, I could never relax, she was always talking about her family and it's issues, how they all talk to each other , her $$$ issues, her pie in the sky dreams, get rich quick ideas, and so on. I get my nails done to relax and typically don't engage in a lot of conversation. I stopped going because of this more than my pedicure lady. The lady who does my pedicure is doing what management tells her, the nail lady is just plain bothersome. Also, this place does not seem very clean. I have changed salons and am very happy.

If i could do 0 i would. Paid 95$ for "refill" just for my nails to break, chip and lift off the next morning. When i mssged them they were so rude and when i went back in the girl jept rolling her eyes n didn't even let me explain or try n reason with them. In the end i asked if they can just take them off n redo them and she said they'd have to charge me. I asked Would u pay 100$ for these nails? N the girls just smirked..

I never leave reviews but this is actually ridiculous that I paid for this.. I went in today for a fill and I was in and out the door in 30 mins, and it shows. No cuticle oil or anything .(yes i got cut and all i got was "sorry")

I've been going here every 2 weeks since I moved here 2 years ago. I got my nails done on a Saturday morning and by that evening my polish was chipping off. I went in the following Saturday and by then the polish on another nail was chipping. I was charged $40 for a polish change even after I told them what happened. There are dozens of nail places here. I will never go back
