Prepaid AND tipped $530 for services on a 2500-3000 square foot home. I spoke with a manager prior to booking services to very thoroughly go through the condition of the home. He said his team could knock it out in 3 hours but I knew that was not enough so I over paid(normal rate is $40 and I paid $100) for an extra hour to complete the job. The team left the house after 4 hours and only 30-40% of the house was complete. Spoke with the manager and he said I would have to pay $130 to get the job complete. I argued and sent pictures so he said he would send another person out the next day for a couple of hours for free as "customer satisfaction" policy. Two ladies showed up for 2.5 hours and still, only half the home was complete. 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom were partially complete, only half the floors were done, play room/laundry room/pantry(floors)/front dining and 1 bathroom were untouched. Spoke with the manager and he said that the ladies completed the floors(which they didn't) and that's all they could do as far as service goes for our home. Double checked with Manager AND Owner prior to reporting or posting and both were firm on nothing else being done.DO NOT TRUST AND PREPAY FOR SERVICES FROM THIS BUSINESS
