It was a very unpleasant circumstances that brought me here however we left with good news and our experience was pleasant. That staff was courteous, helpful and seemed to know what they were doing. The waiting area in the emergency room was clean and well kept. They had a soda machine that was out of order but they did have a coffee machine that was free and actually served good coffee. If I needed a hospital for an emergency situation, I would have no problem being brought here.

The main reason I joined was for the pool. It's the only thing my doctor will let me do right now. Pool is now "not operational" and it's not expected be for three more weeks! I got no notification of this and of course I was told there will be no reduction in the monthly dues this month. Very unprofessional.
