$7.57 for 4 chicken strips, gravy, okra, tea sounds like a good deal if only it was "hot." And $.64 for a tiny Jalapeno! Now that really took the cake.Yes, it was take out. I live right around the corner.All I wanted was a hot meal. I walked inside. I don't go through the drive through. I have experienced that. They weren't even busy. Nobody was going through the drive through. There is no excuse. Everything was cold. I asked the girl how did you make the okra so fast ( i usually have to wait for it.)How long were the chicken strips sitting under a heat lamp? Something is seriously wrong. Churchs isn't the only business that does this. I blame the company. Seems to me that Churchs spends too Much on advertising and has lost the concept of family style of serving dinner / lunch .All the LARGE RED LETTERS ON A TINY PAPER BAG that held my okra was a bit much "THERE'S A LOT OF LOVE IN THIS TINY BAG ?"COULD HAVE PAID FOR MY TINY Jalapeno...THAT YOU STOLE ...MY $.64 I couldn't believe it!Then you dare print on the tiny plastic bag that held the Jalapeno IN BIG RED LETTERS "FEELING SPICY?" That alone (printing press) costCould have paid for my Jalapeno!Use to be $.25I know ! It's 2018.....I am 68 years older on a retirement budget.That was the straw that broke the camel's back. Now the carry out bag also printed in BIG RED LETTERS "PRECIOUS CARGO".Solution : Cut back on the advertising department; pay your laborers, cooks, managers a little more or maybe a bonus on production. Memories: a manager would give me a small complimentary cup of any beverage as I waited for my hot meal. [after a hard days work] I had time to relax. People mingled inside the store. Everyone was happy. Now that's an idea for your advertising department! Back in the good old days....No complaints.

Worst experience here ever, ill never return for there service, we dinned in about 10:30 on a Saturday after a long day of work an oh my talk about a horrible experience. Terrible employees. I cant say what all happen or what was said because its to shocking but think twice about stopping here. don't eat the food or dine in. They don't deserve a 1 star at all.

My husband and I are big fans of this location. Their menu is a bit different from the others, with great deals. Their service is reasonably quick and the staff is always extremely helpful. The only downside is parking, it's a little awkward and really no more than 4 or 5 cars can fit in the drive thru at one time. Seating inside is also extremely limited.Like any place, they do mess up orders here and there, but I've found that it's very rare here. When they do, they usually throw in something extra for the inconvenience.

Church's chicken is so good. This location has the hardest working bunch of folks. Always very courteous always aim to serve. For corporate I'd like to see some great specials or promos for seniors or special days is all. Aside from that this weber location is my favorite. These folks crank out good food and great service. Highly recommend

This store is 5 miles further away than other Church's Chicken from my home but I only go here because they are flawless! Customer service is spectacular, the GM Jose F is always there and instructing the employees properly...the food is always smoking hot and delicious, the prices are fair and all the other Church's Texas Chicken should be run like this location! I picked up a two piece with mash and cole slaw, it was greasy and I didn't eat it and not feeling well next day and the following day called them to tell them, they said I should have called right away and won't give me a refund. I'll go to a higher mgr.

If you like diarrhea, then this is the place to go.There's actually a consumer report about Church's Chicken, ironically they do tend to serve uncooked chicken (perhaps they need to figure out the time when the chicken is done and be fully cooked and use this method each time)The mash and gravy sitting underneath the heat lamp at times ironically will be cold (I think once you place your order they are so quick to grab the mash and gravy and put it in a bag while it's sitting on the counter getting cold waiting for the chicken to be boxed up)The staff will flat out lie to you and tell you the chicken just came up when you asked for fresh chicken, so you walk out to your vehicle and you check and sure enough it's sort of warm.This Chicken location is the best place to eat if you love diarrhea, and like I said there is a consumer's report about this establishment, of other people experiencing this as well.Mainly because the employees do not wash their hands and cross contamination is a problem at this location

I was the only car when I arrived and when I left. I called 10 minutes later when I got home and realized my order was wrong. I called them and no answer. I called 8 times more and they still didn't answer. They probably know they messed up their only order and know they were getting a call. They were not busy so they are deliberately ignoring the phone line.
