Church's Chicken

Friendly customer service, they remember you if you're a regular. Does get packed sometimes but the to-go service is still pretty fast both in drive-thru & at counter.Love the okra usually comes out perfect, not burnt. The honey biscuits are a bit bland though, IMO.Large parking lot.

To start with, the chicken is always amazing, but I was ordering at the window (during the day). And I encountered one of the most rudest window workers ever! She was rushing me to order. When I got to the window to pay the same lady that rushed me was yelling at the woman at the window! How rude! So I got my change and left. Overall good chicken, but super rude staff!

This probably the best Church's in town. Every time I've come here, the manager is on the line and the entire crew has the chain of chicken/fries/whatever else hopping. By the time you've ordered and paid, your order is ready. This is the best example of Church's done right.I did get a mystery piece ...which I always assume to be a back piece....and this one was. I really don't like backs and probably need to specify "no backs" in the future.The location has ample seating and ...again, the best service of any Church's in town. I ordered spicy..and yeah...it was hot. Fried chicken as just about as good as it gets.

This place has been around since i was little. While visiting my family in corpus (i live in round rock) we went here...it brought back so many memories. For the most part it was fast and hot. Employee's could have been a bit nicer, such as thank you have a great day, thanks come back and see us, have a good night...but just a thank you was all that was given. That of course hadn't changed from when i was little.For the most part it was good.

This Church's Fried Chicken WAS my favorite....until today! I have been a customer for a long time. I had not stopped by in a while, however, tonight I bought the WORST 3 piece chicken that I have ever had. I tried to participate in the survey as instructed on the receipt without success. The two wings and one breast WERE horrible..... greasy and old. The only good jester was the Clerk gave me a Military discount. Thanks.

Let me say this place sucks!! I hate going here because it's either rude employees or out of something. I visit 02/23/23 at around 8:30pm. They told me they didn't have tenders for the meal I wanted. I said ok then I'll take the 16pc it took like 10 to15 seconds and another voice comes on the speaker I'm sorry we're out of flour. What the F**CK!!

Never EVER order from here service is absolutely terrible, disrespectful staff, they cross contaminate the food and don't wear gloves while they are serving or cooking the food. They got my family's order wrong and then blamed us for it.

This was absolutely the worst chicken I have ever been served.The chicken was obviously fried at a too cold tempature thatmakes the bird to absorb all the grease.I brought order backand the very smart lady (manager?) informed me that, Quote"it is fried chicken it's going to be greasy" GASP!!! The biscuitsI have always loved were out of this world...I asked if they had beendeep fried. They did provide plenty of napkins which I also broughtback saturated in grease. Please be forewarned check your orderbefore you drive off. Never again!!!

Worst customer service at this location. Go to any other location but this one. One employee was just plain rude, while the others were not friendly at least they weren't rude. Management needs to instruct employees on good customer service.
