Church's Chicken

Nothing I could say could do any more damage than what you will experience if you come here. To begin, the one register was run by a nice man who just couldn't get the orders right. He rang us up incorrectly. We corrected him. He repeated it back, but after we paid it was still wrong. When telling them again that the order was incorrect, they attempted to fix it, but then had the food sitting just out of reach behind the counter minus one of the sides that the counter man had already asked for twice. My husband asked to be handed the food because it was getting cold while they were taking other orders, and he got an eye roll and attitude from a lady who was working the kitchen. She rolled her eyes and said "I don't know what it is!" My husband then told her that it needed the missing side that had been asked for. One star is deserved because the food was fresh and hot. The restaurant lacked cleanliness. Crumbs everywhere and not a single clean table. On top of everything else...nearly everyone was coming back because their orders were missing something or incorrect in some way. Avoid at all costs. I love Churches but I'll find a better location.

I usually eat chicken strips it's good that's the only thing I eat there because there chicken is dripping with oils,but today was a little deferent there was a small spat where the cooks are about something that happened last night,I never heard something like that since I've been making surveys. I'm thinking about carrying a small video picture camera by canon you'll never know.

Will not go back to this location. Watched manager take a wrong order that the customer had touched and unbox it and put it back into the ready pile. He put chicken back on to already cooked. Added roll to roll sheet and mash potatoes went out to another customer. Would give negative stars if possible. Just down right wrong

If any place deserves zero Stars this would be the place. I have loved Churches Chicken for over 40 years. This has to be the worst location I've ever been to. In the drive thru and the smell should have been my first clue to leave. I ordered the 4 piece chicken strips and asked for spicy After I paid they told me they were waiting on the spicy strips to be cooked. Being the patient person I am I rolled up my window and listened to some music and just watched the employees inside. Not a whole lot if any customers inside and no one behind me. After a while I watched the Manager put my order in a bag and bring it to the guy at the window who warned me" the chicken is hot it just came out" like I had been waiting ten minutes for cold chicken. So not to burn myself o drove to my office a couple miles away and day down to enjoy some hot chicken strips. I remember paying for 4 strips and they were cooking just my order. What I got was 2 strips and a nugget. No big deal I say just be happy. Until I bit into the strip that was hot but at the same time it was raw. Both strip raw and had the nastiest grease taste ever. AVOIF THIS PLACE If the Manager is the one that personally placed my order in the box I wonder what the other under him ate capable of. Digesting!

Very extremely rude employees. I understand that menus change in fast food place but they do make the drive thru menu small lettering and a bit far away so you literally have to get out of the car to read it. Then they charge "extra" for mixed yet it doesn't say that on their drive thru menu which I got out of my car to look at. Then when you question the charges the old woman replied "everything is going up except our wages" and was extremely rude demeanor. Avoid this place unless you want zero customer service and hire friendlier employees.

We are regulars here at this Church's location and as many times before the order was incorrect. I had it delivered for the first time and they obviously have problems with online orders. Although the delivery service was amazing the restaurant service has a lot to be desired.

I have only good reviews for this establishment. Every time I go here I get great service. They let me know if my chicken choice is ready or if it needs more time to cook. If I wait over 10 minutes they offer me a drink while I wait.

If I could give it zero stars and still fill this out I would. The customer service is a negative star. I go through the drive through and the guy on the speaker is all over the place. As I placed my order he keeps scoffing as if I was bothering him. I asked if I could add something to the meal and he said "I guess". So as I do I drive up and pay a different amount than the one he gave me (I suppose due to the taxes). When he gives me my order he starts to close the window so I ask if it had the additional item. He turns around and asks to which they said we never made it. So I wait ten minutes for them to bring out my item as he's holding it with no gloves and no bag. I'm not sure if this is the norm there but with the way they were acting I'm sure it was. I would never go back to this area nor would I recommend this place to anyone.
