definitely don't recommend. They lied about having a car in-stock. went way over my budget. and when it came to fulfilling the actual sales contract they didn't fully fulfill what they promised and I couldn't get ahold of them to get my car back from them while it was being serviced. if I could give a negative score I would

I found a used Ram truck and was offered what I considered to be a fair deal. When I returned the next day with my co-buyer I was told that they could not keep the deal as the cost of some repair work was more than expected. They offered to negotiate the cost with the body shop for me, but I would have to pay the cost (an additional $2,000 from the original deal). In return, the sales manager agreed to include a bed cover that I had asked for but was not included in the original deal. My truck went to the body shop on November 1st and I was told it would be done in 7-10 days. I called on 11/13/2023 and it took some time for them to find my paperwork. After many conversations and several white lies on their part, I went back down there to find that my truck had not even been touched. I was then told it would be done 11/15 or 11/16. On 11/16 I was told it would be done 11/17. On 11/17 I was told it would be done 11/20 and on 11/20 I was told it would be done 11/21. During this entire time I kept asking my salesman about the box cover to make sure that it got installed once the body work was done. The sales manager is now claiming it was not included on the deal. This is the short version. I highly recommend any other dealership.

They will "guarantee" they have a deal and be nowhere near what you're asking for. They'll make promises on service and never return calls or emails and God forbid you try to get a warranty refund they will leave you waiting for hours. Tons of people just standing around and sitting at their desk watching someone standing and waiting but never even offer to help....absolute trash. Autonation doesn't have trouble helping people like lithia seems to...had similar problems at both locations.

We recently purchased a used minivan here, and overall were very happy with the sales people. I would caution anyone away from using Lithia Groups financing company My Driveway Finance. Working with them has been a headache. Payments don't post to their website for a few hours, and they also don't post to your bank account for a couple of days which can cause confusion, errors, and fees. It all just seems like a way to keep you from paying off your vehicle and charge you more interest. They can use a number of other lenders so request a lender that you are familiar with.

I had my Jeep Renegade in for warranty repair. The service manager, Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable. The repair was done in a timely manner and at no cost to me. I would recommend this dealer and was very pleased with the service.

Lithia Dodge Jeep Ram in Calallen is absolutely the worst about ever calling you back. I have had my vehicle in their shop since Tuesday. I waited two months for my part to my Jeep to come in. I called almost daily, and no one would ever call me back. I requested a rental, and I fought with them since my vehicle is under warranty. They ended up providing me with a rental. However, they failed to call me with an update , and they stated that this repair would only take two days. I was told Friday by Melissa that Mike would call me back. He never did, and I told Melissa that customer service is horrible. Melissa said she has gotten after everyone since I expressed they simply refuse to call anyone back or answer the phone. Melissa ended up extending my rental, but I still have zero updates. Mike told me last Tuesday that I am the 3rd Jeep renegade to come in with a rear main oil seal leak, and the way it's happening, this may end up being a recall issue.

I have been dealing with these people for 3 days over the phone because I am out of state. I made the deal to trade in my car and was sent paperwork via email. I noticed an added charge of $5500 so i called and realized they were charging me for an extended warranty i did not ask for, want or need. I asked them to take it off and they so kindly obliged. Only to an hour later, after me signing all the new contracts, call me and decline to sell me the truck "because somone else bought it first" THATS A LIE! I have been making this deal for three days and all the sudden the truck is sold when I AM THE ONE who just signed the contract! NOT PROFESSIONAL. Just because you couldnt get your cut of the MOPAR sale you take the truck away from me. Domique, Anthony and two other men i spoke to. Even if some one did walk in the door in the one hour it took me to sign the contract online the fact that you sold it out from under me just shows what kind of people you are and the kind of business you run!

What an amazing Facility and the staff is unbelievably friendly. Bought my jeep wrangler there and they were top-notch from start to finish. Highly recommend this dealership regardless of the other few shady reviews. Got to give these guys credit when credit is due. I will be sending all my friends and family there to service and purchase their next vehicle.

Where to begin? To start I contacted This dealership on 5/19 and spoke to Juan Ochoa. He informed me the vehicle had not been through service yet but it would be ready to take home that day. I asked because I was driving from Austin. After I finished up buying paperwork, I was told the vehicle would not be done that day. I informed them I would spend the night if the vehicle could be ready the next day guaranteed. I was told that wouldn't be happening, but it would be ready Friday or Monday 5/24 at the latest. Juan Ochoa offered to deliver the vehicle or at the very least meet me halfway (San Antonio) with the truck. After the 24th passed I was told the recall part is back ordered. From then I was just told "I'll go check on it and call you." Every time I called but was never called back. I ended up calling the parts department who confirmed the part was in. I called the service department and told them the part was in. From there the service manager told me the truck would be ready 6/3 at the latest. On 6/3 Juan Ochoa told me the truck would be ready 6/4 and he would deliver or meet me half way depending on staff availability. 6/4 Juan would not answer or return my calls.6/5 Juan told me at 10:20am he just needed to talk to his service manager to get someone to come with him for delivery and he would call me back soon. Juan never called back. When I called I was told he was unavailable. I asked for a manager and spoke with Stan Colbert.Stan then told me they do not deliver and that Juan told him I requested delivery. I informed him of the conversation starting 5/19 and that Juan had offered delivery since the beginning and had also told me he would be delivering today, 6/5.Stan told me same day delivery isn't possible and that I could pick the truck up or they could try to arrange delivery next week. Frustrated I found a friend to give me a ride to pick it up and told Stan I was on my way from Austin, a 3 hour drive. He told me the truck would be ready when I got there.I arrived at the dealership and was told the truck needed to be detailed, fueled, and have temporary plates assigned. I waited an hour for that to be done. I finally get the truck and proceeded to remove a full grocery bag of trash from the vehicle while in their parking lot. The only key to the truck is also broken.I left and drove home eager to get away from this place. On the way home I realize the change oil light is on and the sticker for when to service the oil and fuel filter from this dealership is expired. I'm almost home when the check engine light comes on.I called the service center to see if maybe they had performed the normal maintenance on the truck during the 18 days I was waiting on recall service. They informed me they did not and it needs to be done. I purchased a replacement key from another dealership. I have an appointment for another filter replacement (the reason the check engine light is on they believe) and I need to change the oil and fuel filter on this just purchased vehicle. All this to say Juan Ochoa lied to me every time I spoke to him. Stan Colbert did nothing to resolve the problems brought to him and has never followed up with me. The only respectable person I met there was Lee Levine who worked on my purchase in person. Lee, I would find another dealership to work for this place makes everyone who works there look bad. Prospective customers, I would say just go somewhere else. It's just not worth it.
