I love their Gansito ice cream, and I never had a problem with their service...until about two weekends ago when I approached the counter only to find two employees playing around asking who should take my order. I personally do not know them but I found it insulting. Someone needs to train them on customer service.

This is an interesting way to get ice cream. My daughter swears it's better than regular ice cream. I must admit being rolled up does hit the pallet a little different. Service was good, rating took in consideration that it's pricey.

My husband and I tried chop chop for the first time in February. We had never had rolled ice cream before. We were very pleased with the product, service, and store front. The lady even took our order and brought it out to our vehicle for us. She was extremely nice we would go again. Maybe next time we are in Texas.

Omg!! A must definite try is the gansito flavor, it was freakin delicious. Of what i saw the most popular was the cookie monster, it was good also. Staff was friendly.

Definitely a MUST try in Laredo. The ice cream rolls are delicious.

Should try it it's really good my favorite so far it's the chocolate abuelita. Great customer service
