Chili's

I usually love dining at Chili's as I live near one myself, but I wasn't impressed with my recent visit to this location.My family and I decided to stop here for dinner following a day trip to the Valley. Since it was close to 10 p.m. on a Sunday night and Kingsville doesn't have a lot of late night dining options, Chili's was the best bet.It was quite crowded when we arrived, which didn't bother me at all. What disappointed me was my meal, a 3 for Me that prominently featured the Big Smasher Burger. The Burger tasted good, but the bottom bun collapsed on me after a few bites.Also, the men's room could use little maintenance. There were paper towels everywhere. I don't picture myself stopping by should I ever be in the area again in the future.

The service and food were both good. The wait was not long, and the atmosphere was pleasant.

Horrible food and horrible service. Waited for almost an hour and a half for a to go order and when we finally got the food, the food wasn't even edible. Everything was cold and well, just look at the pictures. Pretty self explanatory. That's just 3 pictures, the rest of the food looked the same. Chili's should be embarrassed to let food that looks like that go out their door. Absolutely ridiculous. We called the manager and they comp'ed it, but just ridiculous.

The Kingsville Tx locationWe went in for a Sunday after noon dinner on 10/31/21. First let me say the lady tending bar did a great job.... However, The asshole server was another story. I ordered the new 1 lb bbq burger, first there the server dumped the plate and ran away and hide from us. next there was no bacon slices on the burger. A burger that boasted 6 slices of bacon. Just some crumbs of bacon on a cold burger.I had to go talke to the bartender about the issue while our serve ignored the issue and tryed to hide from us and avoid discussing the issue. I sent the plate back through the bartender and prepared to cash out.The same server came back and tried to charge me for the poor burger that was returned.

Meh...just an average experience. I was quickly greeted and seated. The wait staff was initially quick and then seemed to just disappear. I ordered the Caribbean salad with shrimp. The taste was great but some of the lettuce was past the point of tired. It looks like they mixed a bit of fresh green with some that were old. While you hope that there is some consistency at locations, it just doesn't happen. There are not a lot of choices in the area so I'm guessing I'll probably return.

It's a sinking ship. This place is really going down hill, quickly. I'm staying out from now on due to it being very dirty, the walls especially are awfully stained. I accidently put my hand under the table and there was gunk, I thought going to the bathroom to clean my hands would make it all better. It just got worse, the restroom is horrible. I don't think this place has ever been deep cleaned or renovated since it opened over 20 years ago! The service and food was sad I'm terrified to know what the kitchen might look like. I wont be going back because it's so unsanitary and seems so unhealthy. Yikes.

I come here every week and I absolutely love it. The service is great, along with the food and drinks. I will continue to return.

The food was good and prompt. The service was very poor. It took over 5 minutes to get a draft beer after the server and manager refused to honor the happy hour price advertised on the menu that was given to us. I had to ask for a water refill after waiting for a long time with an empty glass and when the server brought two glasses of water to the table she just put them in front of me instead of giving each of us our respective waters

Great food! Love the variety of food they serve as well! Staff was attentive to our needs and did an excellent job.

We used to love Chili's. This restaurant was pretty bad. Music was very loud, different in each room (even in bathroom). Toilet seat was broken. Bartender seemed bored. There were multiple workers hanging out, most looked like they had on dirty jeans. Our food was soggy, cold and over priced. Don't eat there.
