Chicken Express

Why do people choose a restaurant? They look for good food and good service. This Chicken Express was lacking both! After repeating my order several times, the server still messed up my order! I received cold fries instead of the jalapeño poppers that were requested. Was even charged extra for it. If this hadn't been a drive thru order and I was half way home, I'd have gone back. Instead, I gave my dogs the fries, enjoyed the catfish and am writing a review. The redeeming factor is that i absolutely love their catfish and tartar sauce! Will I choose this franchise? Nope!!! Will eat at the Kingsville Chicken Express where the service is friendly and accurate. The food tasty! And the restaurant CLEAN!!!

Me and my friend got the following food items in the picture , but unfortunately when we first got there the intercom was very low on volume, it was hard to hear. But the food let me tell u , we got 2 sides and it was very crispy and delicious and fried to perfection. And the way the fried pickles were seasoned was awesome. The corn nuggets were buttery n sweet on the inside and crispy outside we loved it

Yesterday, we ordered a 2 fillet dinner okra/mashed potatoes and drink... also 8 piece boneless wings okra/cole slaw and drink. We had to pull up and wait... brought our drinks and food after about 15 minutes waiting.. we drove home to find no okra on both orders. I called and Cindy offered to do a remake, but live to far to drive back,.. I advise would go back next day.. Went back today (Saturday) explained the situation, the worker was not professional just handed me the box,.. I asked for a bag and just gave me the bag, not even try to place my food inside the bag, no verbal contact, just left me there to take care of my business. This used to be a good place, but I will pass on chicken express. Also, the 8 piece boneless chicken was not good,.. quality is bad

The girl who took our orders was very rude and they constantly joking around instead of making our orders. I was taking pictures of the store and my receipt but she constantly accusing me for filming her and would not stop staring into my phone and she would not kept asking with a very disrespectful manner. She then later ask another employee to come out and talk to me because they still think I'm trying to film them, even now I already pulled up to the curb and just to wait for my order. I'm wondering if they're up to something or what the deal was but that was very unprofessional, making people feel extremely uncomfortable to keep on staring at me and my phone as you're joking around w other employees , made me and my friend feel like we're being harassed by your employees. We ordered chicken liver and gizzard #5 combo but only got gizzards and no liver. Hiring these type of employees shows a lot about the owner/person in charge that they don't really care about the business at all. That's sad, cause it's been opened for years but always very dear every time we drove by. Now we know why. And if you're doing everything you're supposed to, what's there to be so worried about?

So this is the best way to enjoy chicken on the road when traveling! The chicken strips dipped in gravy will make you beg for more!

Absolutely horrible experience all of the workers are incompetent and can't get a simple order right. It's honestly embarrassing.

I had a very good reasonably priced meal. The service was both efficient and friendly. I prefer Chicken Express to KFC and Church's. It is a toss-up between Chicken Express and Popeye's. I will return to this location again.

My grandmother went to this store for me while I was at work. And these tenders were so small it wasn't even funny. I didn't even ask her how much she paid for them because they are definitely overpriced. Do not go to this location got to the Cimarron location.

The services they have is halfass and they did not give us our asked condiments for our food, and the service was great, but they did not give us everything we need
