You can't go wrong with Chick Fil A! I'm glad there is a location in Flour Bluff! My one problem with this location is that the service is hit or miss. Sometimes the food takes forever and sometimes it comes out quickly. Their food is on par with other Chick Fil A locations I have been to. Love the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and you can't go wrong with fries and all of their sauces! I did try their seasonal Honey Pimiento Chicken sandwich. It is okay but too sweet for my taste. Maybe hot instead of mild jalapenos would have done the trick. The seasonal (summer) peach milkshake was good although the cup was surprising small for the price ($4+). It did have chunks of peach in the shake which was nice!

Terrible and so disappointing. Ordered just a chicken sandwich, seems I got exactly that! Chicken and bread. No pickles, no sauce, no sauce in the bag, no napkin, nothing but bread and chicken. I won't be ordering from here again. Do better, it's not that difficult!!

The worst chick fil a we have had in over three decades.The sandwich had the ends of the pickles put on it, not even real pickle slices and sandwich was smashed to pieces.I asked for the general manager and a woman named emily passed herself off as the general manager.But I still have found out I was a lie.Emily informed me when I asked for a corporate phone number that she didn't know it that I could Google it. You best rest assured, I googled it and reported her and the quality and the lack food quality and the worst lie from a chick fila employee I have ever heard.Don't lie when you can get caught in your lies, sister sue.

This is the worst chick fil a I have ever been to. Order has been wrong every time or items have been forgotten, employees are either sitting on their "break" taking up every table in the restaurant or running around like a chicken with their head cut off. Everyone in the kitchen does a good job, but the FOH employees need some more training. At first I thought it was just because it's a brand new restaurant and they were still training but 3 months has been long enough.

Chicken tenders were soggy and undercooked. Couldn't trust that I wouldn't get sick from eating them. Thought that a newly opened building would be at its best, guess it can only got down hill from here.
