This is the worst business. They don't honor agreements and have little concern for following up. I have called them numerous times and they don't respond.

Oh boy, you would think somebody would have done their homework on today's big outpouring of love. There must have been 300+ people in the small sanctuary. The A/C should have been turned down to 70way before the service. The standing room only crowd suffered inside under 80 degree heat. PITIFUL JUST PITIFUL!!!

My cousin passes and this funeral home promised a live stream would be available. Due to COVID, many of us had to attend virtually. It never worked! We called and the lady who answered the phone's answer was it is working for us????? I told her I was texting 4 different relatives in different cities and no one could get it. I am very disappointed. It was their job to make sure all was working for the family. Please don't let this happen to another family!
