I did not think this place looked that good on the menu BUT IM GLAD I WAS PROVEN WRONG!!! I enjoyed everything I ordered - 10/10. **they have 60 cent wings on tues & weds**I got the korean bbq wings (slightly spicy), ultimate fries, strawberry lemonade!

I visited this restaurant for the first time today for lunch. A gentleman by the name of Luis was at the cash register and took my order. I decided to order a bacon three cheesesteak. They were also promoting $.70 boneless wings, so I ordered six boneless wings. I asked Luis what his favorite flavor was, and he said mango habanero. I made the order to go and sit down and waited for my food.As I was glancing over the receipt, I noticed that I was charged for a six piece boneless wing combo with fries. It was about $2.50 more expensive than I wanted to pay. I went up to Luis, and he quickly voided my order and re-rang it. I was assured I would not be double charged. Unfortunately, I was double charged.I took the food to go as I live about a minute around the corner. When I got home to eat, I noticed that the cheesesteak was cold and I was only given four wings instead of six. It was also the wrong flavor. What confuses me is that the person who took my order was the same person that made the wings. I will not be going back and I will not recommend this place. It's too expensive for what you get. I spent about $17 for a sandwich with very little meat and four wings instead of 6.

Don't order delivery from here. It was a horrible experience and I feel ripped off. I had to change the address of the delivery to a place that was just as close, but the restaurant cancelled over the distance of a delivery and kept 2/3 of the money for the order. Shady.

First time ordering and it was great. Will order from again and most likely do pickup instead of delivery but I was in the hospital at the time. Like I said cheesesteak sandwich was great and saved half the sandwich for lunch tomorrow. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We decided to do dinner at Charley's ordered steak sandwiches with loaded fries, wings bone in. This all was so very good. So freshly made. Customer service was excellent, the place is super clean. The food is so good. Everyone there works so hard. The place is super clean, the employees all seem to be happy and the hustling of cleaning everything . Very impressive. Been before for carryout. Was fine but the dine in experience was so awesome!!

My first visit to any Charleys. Great service with friendly counter service (Isaac). Food served hot in timely manner. Value for price paid: 3/5. Check was about $18 with a "Old School Steak, Original Fries & Regular Lemonade. I did not pay this much when I visited Philly a few weeks ago and received much better food there, New Jersey and Delaware. I ordered the steak old school style, just steak with grilled onions and cheese. They offer Mayo, lettuce etc etc. I've always hated the "wiz" and have always subbed Provolone. The roll was not Philly style which is half of the experience. It should be soft and chewy. It's also toasted instead of placed over the grilled meat as part of cooking process. This greatly adds to the flavor. The fries were some of the lowest quality I've had. Assorted sized with weak flavor. Maybe improved when served smothered as featured on menu. Lemonade is "fresh" , sweet & tart flavor. A bit above average as seen elsewhere. A good steak but don't expect a Philly taste experience. I'm going back to try the regular steak.

My wife said that the cheesesteak sandwich wasn't as good as an Arbys sandwich. For a $10 sandwich, that says a lot to me. She had the "Old School" cheesesteak. I had the Philly Cheesesteak. I felt that my cheesesteak's meat wasn't very tasty or very warm. As I ate it it, it was falling apart & some bites didn't have any cheese. Although I did like the bread. Neither of us ate more than half of our sandwich's. We also ordered the 10 boneless wings. Once again we were underwhelmed by them. The exterior of these boneless wings were soggy. I have eaten many different boneless chicken wings and these were at the bottom of the local market to me. I have worked in food service before and think that the basic ingredients are present for the sandwich's to be tasty. However the cooking and or the preparation lets it down. Also I think that by boxing the sandwiches in a opened up position that contributed to them being near room temperature in the half mile trip to our home. I hope that Charles Cheesesteaks improves these things in the future, as I worked in food service in the past & know how difficult it can be.
