We called them to help us move a hot tub. They came out, gave us a price and asked us to cut down a tree in our yard that was going to be in the way and they would do the job the next day. I cut the tree myself and then no one showed up the next day. Several days and numerous phone calls later, they told me it was too small of a job and not worth one of their guys risking getting hurt???? We had a construction crew move the spa. We then asked them to just come out to help us level it. They agreed and then again never showed up at the agreed upon date. Called and left messages numerous times and never got a call back.So basically they are a Spa company that can not move a spa, level a spa, or keep their word. Very unprofessional poorly run company. They do not return phone calls and do not do what they agree to do. Will not use them for our spa maintenance or for supplies etc... again.

We just received our spa. I find it extremely difficult to find companies that put customer satisfaction as a higher priority than the bottom line. These guys do just that! I'd highly recommend. Ol Steve is awesome!

If there was a minus star rating,that's what I would use.I went in there looking for a simple & very common hot tub motor seal kit they range in price from 5.00-20.00$ on the internet, long story short they wanted 37.00$ for it.to add injury to insult,the man helping me said it was 16.00$ then the lady came out of the back office didn't say hello,all she said was they are expensive and they were 37.00$ so much for trying to buy local. I got the exact same one for $5.20 on the internet same manufacturer same brand,l not opposed to businesses making a profit but no one like to feel like they're getting gouged,like I said so much for trying to buy local

Only gave them one star because the system won't post review with NO STARS. HORRIBLE. Service is sub-par and the construction is the worst that we have ever seen. As former pool owners, this has been the worst building experience ever. Started the week after Thanksgiving 2015 and thought they were finished April 2016. Quartz finish is unsightly and etched by workers. Workers tried to dispose of liquid caustic in our backyard and down the storm drain which empties directly into canal. We are still attempting to get ongoing equipment and construction issues resolved as of September 2016. They never make appointments or return calls and you literally have to drive to their office and "catch" them there. We have dealt with five different people since this continuing nightmare began and none of the new ones are any better than the old ones. We are soooo embarrassed that we paid the unbelievable amount of money that we did and ended up with the shoddy pool that we have. I could not in good faith EVER recommend them to build or service anything for anyone that I know.

Great pool, good price, great people. If there is one improvement it would be that they have someone onsite to oversee all the different contracts and manage the process. People in the office are great, responsive and professional. Still missing something to mark the project as completed but I gave confidence they will come through.

Excellent experience all around! My husband and I wanted a hot tub but we wanted a plug and play model at an affordable price. We went to several places in town, but hands down, Certified Pool & Spa had the best variety of brands and prices.They delivered our hot tub the very next day and helped set it up. Later on, they called to make sure that I had everything up and running and asked if I had questions.The following week they called to check-in again, and I was so appreciative. I noticed a super minor thing a week later, and they offered to have one of their very courteous workers come out to address it within an HOUR.We paid a fair/good price, and my biggest concern was not ending up with buyers remorse, and so far I have not. The only irony of the situation is now I need emergency surgery and can't use my hot tub for 6 weeks, but I know I will enjoy it after that!We love our hot tub and I will recommend Wayne and Debby (and all their FRIENDLY staff) to everyone I know. We would absolutely shop here again without hesitation. (Plus, they have really great snacks and cute dogs in store!)

Bought a hot tub 7 years back. No problems there. Now we had some electrical issues from a lightening storm and need repairs. Called 6 months ago and repair man never showed. Got told plenty of excuses. Tried again last month since no one else could work on the hot tub, was able to order parts, pay for them, get an appointment but already had it changed because of delays. Moved to a different day, hoping for being in line first but was still put toward the bottom. Communication is not handled very well.

After many hours of research for a new spa, we decided to go to Certified Pool & Spa in Corpus Christi, Texas, to see what they offered regarding inventory, professionalism, and product knowledge. Man, was I pleasantly surprised. Debbie greeted us and proceeded to find out what we really wanted in a spa. She matched us with a Hot Spot Rhythm. We are so pleased with all aspects of this transaction from demonstration, sale, delivery, product information, and follow up calls from Angela and Lisa to see if everything was to our satisfaction. I did read the previous negative review on Yelp left over 3 years ago. Let me tell you, if you crave and demand great customer service with friendly and honest employees, just like you should expect,THIS IS THE PLACE TO SHOP. You will not be disappointed.

DO NOT USE!!! The first day we waited from 8-12. They called at 12 to say they werent coming. On the day we rescheduled for, they repairman showed up with no parts! He was coming to fix a hot tub and no tubes. He told us he was a pool repair man and knew little about hot tubs. He tried to leave and when he didn t have the tube and told us he would need to come back another day. Since we live in Calallen and they were charging us $67.50 for a trip charge and my husband had already missed 2 days of work, we said no and he agreed to go to home depot. My husband had to work with him the whole time since he didn t know what he was doing. He kept trying to leave and tell us he had to order things. He even had to use my tools since all he brought was a little tool bag. We don t blame the repair man. He wasn t supposed to be on our job. Apparently the guy who was supposed to come was sent somewhere else. In the end the company made us pay $90 an hour but grudgingly agreed not to charge use for the guys 2 trips to Home Depot for basic parts. Total cost $422 for my husband to fix a leak. I feel completely ripped off.
