Century 16 XD and IMAX

It's a nice enough theater. You can pre-order your snacks. I felt like splurging ;) so I ordered our popcorn and sodas the night before only to have the kid (taking the tickets) tell me I had to pick them up upfront even after I explained to her (a couple of times) that I had ordered ahead. The guy at the concession stand tells us to have a seat and he will deliver it to our seats. :/ She did apologize at this time so eh it's all good.

Unless you're gonna watch in the premium Cinemark XD screen theatre then this theatre is to be avoided if you're gonna be seated in their regular screenings, the seats are run down and the cushion is bottomed out! Horrendous Cinemark! Please renovate asap! Please do something, this is the only Cinemark that I've ever been to where the seats look like it was sand papered

Big cinema with high tech sound and screens, but the seats are worn and uncomfortable.

Seats are very worn. When getting butter for popcorn, Employee was very stingy with the butter.

The plus, the lounge chairs are comfortable and the arm rest go up, so if you are a bigger person, it won't be a problem.Cons, when I was there, there was no ice at all for the coca cola free style machines and for some odd reason, there was a sign that said that there were no refills allowed for the drinks. Also, unlike a typical theater where there might be 3 or 4 lines for those that are purchasing concessions, there is only one for customers to pay, which I imagine would be very slow when fully busy.

This theater has gone downhill as far as appearance and cleanliness lately, the bathrooms are always filthy and there are holes in the wall in one of the men's restrooms, the seats have lots of wear in the theaters and the landscaping outside is terrible, BUT the popcorn is always good and the air conditioning works great

By far the worst movie experience we've ever had! Went to buy popcorn and drinks and there is no refills and if you asked to buy their large bag of popcorn, you can only take it to go so that you have to buy multiple boxes of popcorn and drinks at the movie! Shame on this company for stealing from people! Don't ever go here! Ever! We got our money back and went to AMC

Great theatre and atmosphere. Sounds system and IMAX experiences was off the charts !!

We purchased movie tickets for the 4th of July weekend to watch Indiana Jones we really enjoyed the movie but our seats were in need of repair. Come on Century 16 we spent a total of $58.00 with concessions to watch a movie in the theaters today, the least you can do is have your seats repaired...even better; if there is a seat that needs repair it should be a seat that cannot be sold for a viewing. It should be blocked off and shown as occupied. I was very disappointed when I arrived at my seats, which I selected, to find them in this state.

Me and my now boyfriend wants for our dates. I loved it and everything that it had to offer plus the popcorn was very good
