The guy ( I believe his name is matt) was very rude and unprofessional. We were buying a house with a huge mesquite tree we needed to removed. So I called him get a quote and he said he needed to see it first to quote me. I told him once we close on the house I'll give him a call. A week later I called him and he was rude! He said "didn't I talked to you before?", and I was like yes, but you never quoted me. Then he got very rude when I asked when can he come to see the tree. He wouldn't come out to give me a quote! He said "I'll go when I'm in the area" He'll let me know when he can come! This was 10 days ago so I guess he doesn't need my business! I don't know how he stay in business when he treats potential customer in this manner.

I don't have many trees and stumps to be removed but on this occasion, Matt, the owner responded promptly to my request for an estimate which I found reasonable. Because of a cancellation the work could be performed the same day with excellent results. CC Tree Service has my recommendation

My sister called for a quote. The man was very disorganized and she was trying to leave a phone number and he kept telling her to hold on and sounded exasperated as she was just trying to give him business. She then got frustrated and just hung up. He text her afterward and said "What is your problem good god?!" She called back and asked him what his problem was and he told her well damn you kept hanging up on me. Mind you she hung up one time. Because he didn't have his crap together. Never recommend a business that starts out that way!!
