Oh Cathy's. Nothing says POC quite like Cathy's. Been a mainstay in town and the area for years. They sold out, became a food trailer and now have a new small place in POC that is nice and clean and friendly. Best fried shrimp on the coast. Probably because they have their own shrimp boat! And everything else is amazing as well. Highly recommended. Even have great chicken fried steak and steak fingers if your thing isn't seafood. Sweet potato fries are amazing, as well as the other sides. Check it out!
