I went through the drive thru and ordered a mojarra plate, 2 fried shrimp plates, and chips and queso. When the got home the queso was hurdled, the lettuce in the salad in the plates were soggy, the fries were not cooked all the way and soggy, and the tilapia had no flavor. Needless to say, I took the food back and asked for a refund. When I got there, out of courtesy I waited for the manager to check out his customers in front of him and then I approached him. I told him I do not want this disgusting food and I want a refund. He said what's wrong with it, so I showed him. Opened up the containers and told him what I found what was wrong with it. So, he has the audacity to tell me do me a favor and next time don't bring me the food. I told him then serve your food right. Clearly he was offended and didn't even apologize for serving the or selling this disgusting food. He went on to tell me that it costs them money and he didn't appreciate that I took the money back and that he had to give me a refund. I told him it costs me money to buy this food and I'm not going to eat it. I'm paying for the food, it's not free. We exchanged words and he gave me the money in cash and told me to get the hell out. Never again will I step into this piece of shit restaurant. Do not recommend it.

SERVICE IS NOT GOOD! food was normal for Mexican food BUT SERVICE was horrible, you have to order food first for them to bring you chips and salsa. Once waitress brought food that's it she disappeared and never came by for drink refill, I had to go up to their bar to order another drink and to get my partner a water! Nothing exciting about this place NOT worth going back like ever!

Went in sat down, waited 10 minutes for a waiter but they never came. Instead we watched a family that sat down after us get served chips and drinks and menus. We waited another 5 minutes and walked out. Beyond awful service.

Does a really good at the basic more so than others. Authentic Mexican food that does a great job at balancing the Tex-Mex side of the menu.

If you want to wait a long time only to be ignored by a server, your order not arrive to your table correctly and your server continue to ignore you... this place is for you. We only saw our server once and that was it. No drink refills, no ticket, nothing. My family has given this place multiple chances and each time it seems like the service only gets worse. The only reason I tipped our server is because I was one for years and didn't have the heart to stiff him.

This place is severely over priced and not worth it at all. My bill was over 70 bucks and our food was cold. Obviously I wasn't going to complain because I don't want spit in my food and this is the place where it will happen. The drinks were okay but not the best. Ordered a long Island tea and could have sworn my 2 year old made it. Do NOT waste your money coming here!

Amazing food & margaritas! Service was not too bad & it was a great experience! Been here a couple of times and definitely will be back!

Well because Cancún line was up the wall I knew this new place has opened nearby and wanted to give it a chance. Our Drive-Thru order was Chilaquiles plate, a barbacoa taco and a bacon egg and bean taco. We had something wrong with each item. The cheese on the chilaquiles didn't melt was chewy and squeaky when bit into. Bacon on the taco wasn't cooked all the way. Worse part was the barbacoa taco. As I took second bite...I bit into a big piece of fat tendon. To top this all off there's a service fee of 3.5% if you pay with card. I'm posting a pic of the barbacoa meat and you can see all that fat on the right was what filled the taco. Next time I'll just wait in the long drive thru line at Cancun. :/

Don't waste your time and money here!! On 2 separate occasions, the waiter service has been so bad that a serve yourself format would have been better. This last time, The lazy waiter took our order and served us our ur food, but NEVER came around afterward! We had to hunt the guy down to give us silverware, refills, etc. When most of us were done, he did not come to clear any of our plates! I had to get la cuenta myself from the cash register guy. I tipped the vato $3 on a $90 spread and thought that it was too much. Now that I'm reading another Yelper review concerning a 3.5% surcharge, I'm wondering if they went back to upcharge me after I totaled out the bill?
