Carnitas Tapatio

Pedimos una libra de carnitas que venía con sus guarciones de limón, salsas, cebolla y cilantro. Las tortillas las pedimos de maíz. Todo estaba muy rico y de tomar pedimos la limonada de pepino.El servicio fue muy amable y bueno, también el ambiente es ameno con suficiente espacio para sentarse adentro o afuera.

I ordered delivery from here and was expecting a positive experience based on all of the reviews. I must say, I was disappointed. I ordered at 521 and was still waiting at almost 7pm for delivery. (Estimated 35-55 minute delivery time) When I contacted Grubhub about the issue they said the order was delivered at 548. Hmm, is that so... I never got contacted. No knock on the door, no email, no phone call or text. I head out to check and low and behold there is a bag. A bag of my food. Now cold.. Moving onto the food. Man, I wish it would have been hot!! I can only imagine how good it would have been had someone only let me know it had been delivered. I ordered the carnitas and pastor tacos. Very GOOD!! They could have been better fresh though. Moral of the story, eat there. Don't trust a delivery service to your food. At least not here in a Laredo!!

BEST TACO SPOT IN LAREDO/south tx!!!!!! We will drive all the way accross town to eat here. Authentic tacos that you can trust to always be quality.Local owner is always there working which is something you rarely see anywhere else!

Sandwiched between a seventh day Adventist church and another church. The service was great. The tacos were good but everything else lacked a normal Mexican feel for a restaurant.Chips and salsa were not included. You could order chips and salsa but they were 1 dollar for the chips and 50 cents for the salsa. The chips were no more than 10 chips. I started laughing when I saw it because I was thinking I would share with the chips.The lemonade was fresh and tasted great. Just a little surprised at the price and lack of food for that amount

I had their "Masisas Plate," & it was AMAAAAAAZING!!! The chips & salsa, mango water before the meal was very nice. You must come here & eat their food! Ssoooooo good!!!Joel W.

This place was great and inexpensive. If you come to Laredo Texas you need to try the carnitas you wont go wrong. Service was also good.

I would of given it 5 stars , but the service wasnt the greatest. Got ignored n felt ignored but the food was amazing.

By far and large, this tiny cafe is Laredo's best kept secret. A small family run restaurant tucked in a corner of a strip mall - you'd be hard pressed to find it unless you knew they were there.I went under a recommendation of a coworker to satisfy my torta craving. The chef-owner is a sweet woman, who dispute our massive language barrier (she speaks little to no english, and my Spanish knowledge includes few verbs) fumbled through my order and let me try several items on the menu.This was one of the best tortas I've had, and the only place I will order them in Laredo going forward. Food is flavorful, consistent in quality, and always fresh. It's like going to eat at your grandmother's house. Make sure to stop on in and give them a try

Absolutely fantastic! The carnitas are amazing, and the chicharrones are the best I've had outside of Monterrey. If you like pork, this place is church.

Fantastic food and service! We go at least twice a week. Highly recommend tacos Tapatias, chichirones and cucumber water to drink.
