Spur of the moment stop to get out of the storm. Host was kind and hospitable in every way. This RV park was a gift and quite the find. Bathrooms and showers were immaculate and warm. The community room worked great for us as we are traveling light and the extra space was perfect to spread out. Other campers invited us to dinner and made us feel welcomed. We will come back next time we are coming through. This was a total escape from the chaos and Vegas Strip feeling of South Padre. We felt rescued and relieved and at peace with this little piece of heaven. Thank you. Love the area too......Kathleen and Craig Overby

This is the BEST RV park we've been to! We've been here over a year and just love it. Not only is there green SPACE between RVs, but it's nice, relaxed and very well kept. Landlord is courteous and more than helpful.Robert and Leigh Mims

My wife and I stayed at Cape Velero for 4 months. The park is very clean and very quiet. Emilio and Letty are the perfect hosts. They are attentive to your needs and easily able to contact with questions or concerns. Bathrooms are always immaculate as is the laundry room. I would recommend Cape Velero for anyone wishing to stay a night, month or year! We will be back soon to enjoy what Rockport has to offer!
