The best bakery in south Texas! For the original pan dulce ever! Biscuits are super great!

Save yourself some time and do not ever go to this place. They do not have much selection. The place is very dirty. The lady (who says she's the owner) is very rude and suggested we try HEB if we wanted a bakery. She also told us if we wanted anything from there, we needed to pre-order.We heard good things about to place and just wanted to check it out. So we planned out day around going there. We didn't know what we were going to get, but I was thinking doughnuts and conchas. Even though I took out $60 from ATM (because it's cash only), i wasn't planning on buying so much food that I needed to pre-order. We just wanted to see what they offered.Zero stars needs to be an option.Zero stars is even too high.

A family bakery that has stood the test of time for generations. The cakes are beautifully decorated and the pastries are fantastic. Don't leave without a dozen fresh donuts. Just get a little bit of everything.

The Cabrera bakery is a historical landmark filled with rich culture. Their knowledge of bread making can be traced to the origins of the Coahuiltecan Tribe. Which is now modern day MontéMorelos, Nuevo Leon. One of the first Mexican-American owned establishments and it's still going strong. It's a hidden gem in the community.I could go on and on.The pink frosting cake is fit for the little princess in your life and the dozen donuts special is a STEAL - Fluffy and generously glazed.

The glazed donuts have just a hint of lemon that elevates the entire experience. I would say they're the best donuts I've ever eaten.

I bought the empanadas for my kids who love eating them. However, they did not finish one. It tasted like that had put way too much cinnamon and it left a spicy taste in your tongue after you swallowed it. The donuts were nice and hot but had a lemon glaze flavor. Which I didn't really like. The cake was really good! Frosting tasted good too. It is a small bakery, not a lot of variety. I do plan to go back and taste the biscuits. Which they only have certain days. They do post on Facebook when the batches are ready and they do say what is available fir the day.

Light lemon glaze on donuts is the best!!! Our office begs for these.

First time there because it had good rating on fb..well very disappointed. The bread is very hard ..not fresh..First and last time...couldn't take it to my in-laws..
