"Very Fresh good served hot Great vegetables, Tasty noodles wonderful food service with a smile and helpful caring your food out to your car. Charming little house pleasantly placed in the neighborhood."
"We were on vacation in Cat Springs, and wanted somewhere good to eat, and decided to drive the 25 min to get there. We ordered ahi nachos that were amazing, pizza was mediocre, the chicken wings snd coconut shrimp were also fantastic! We also ordered dessert that was great. We had the key lime pie, chocolate cake, and funnel cake. All 3 were delicious"

"The food taste great and the service was excellent. The ambience is also very electrifying."
"SOLID 5+ STARS. Took out of town visitors here for lunch. And we started with some appetizers: bobcat fries; brisket nachos; and potstickers All were huge portions and all delicious. For our main entree: a grilled cheese; a patty melt; and the bacon queso burger were chosen and all were served with fries, all were quite tasty. Our server, Lacy, was very attentive and very personable. When we return, we will definitely ask for Lacy! The vibe was chill college town hangout chic. Nice change of pace for the very bland atmosphere of a chain restaurant."
"Best burger I have had in corpus! Super fast and casual place. The service was nice and prices were great."
"Absolutely delightful! Traveling thru town and stopped for lunch. The staff we all very friendly and our waiter, Ethan, was super nice. We enjoyed sitting outside and had a yummalicious lunch! My husband had the meatloaf (and wiped his plate clean ) and I had the Fried Green Tomato BLT. Highly recommend and we will be back!"
"Posh sushi is one of my favorite sushi restaurants in Laredo Texas. In fact, it's the only restaurant i recommend that offers authentic style sushi. The ambiance is very chic and sophisticated that it brightens your mood. Moreover, I ordered the fresh Nissi Roll and let me tell you, you are in for a surprise. The roll has fresh eel, avocado and other ingredients which makes this roll very fresh, spicy and tasty. The service is fast and was over please with my visit. 5 stars to you guys. -P.S. don't forget to try their Yakimeshi rice. Yum."
"Great burger not dry and not soggy good two handed burger lots of choices for burgers and sweets just opened up a few months ago great friendly staff outside seating for larger groups and covered a few seats and tables inside and a drive up window for take out orders"
"I had a great lunch here! Ordered the Beetlejuice drink for the mezcal and was not disappointed. The beer battered fish tacos were tasty, but so puffy they barely fit in the tortilla (not always a bad thing) but I'd try ordering them grilled instead next time. Service was also great and we were seated right away on a Saturday afternoon."
"Friendly, excellent customer service. Food delicious and cooked to perfection. Recommend the turkey and dressing plate. If you are in the mood for a delicious home cooked meal with friendly service Ramsey's restaurant is the place to go! You will even get a smile and howdy from the other diners."
"All I tried was the chicken salad. That was enough. Thank you for existing, Napoleon's."
"Solid food offerings with an unbeatable view make this a good destination in Seguin. The view off the terrace is something to behold. Beyond that the food is your standard Southern comfort fare. Well prepared and tasty with some hits and misses. The key is to stick to the standards. The chicken wings were delicious as was the BLT. The jalapeno poppers were so-so. Flavor was mild but the interior ingredients were mushy which made the overall taste average at best. Service was good and friendly."

I'm back in town at Canyon Lake. This restaurant was our first stop. They have the freshest best Chinese Vietnamese food I've ever ordered. The Larry special and the everything fried rice are my two favorites and the ragoons too.

Decided trying something different and heard about Blake's.My Grandson and I walked in, very attractive designed restaurant/bar. We were waited on promptly! We looked over the menu and chose several items!Started with Firecracker shrimp, Gator Bites and Brussel Sprouts for starters! The Firecracker shrimp and sauce was good. The shrimp were pretty small! The Gator bites was fair at best. Mikey loves alligator at Pappdeaux's in Houston. It tasted more like a crab cake. I even asked if the order was right. They assured me it was. Mikey didn't like, so I gave up my firecracker shrimp to him!Took my first bite of the Brussel Sprouts. Didn't like it, but hung in there. Closer in you could taste the cheese and chili honey and it was very good.I ordered a tower of onion rings and a Salisbury steak. The onions were good, The Salisbury was good, but I wish it was larger and had more gravy.I had to order chicken tenders for Mikey. They we're just OK. But it filled in for him, because the shrimp were so small and skinny!I barely give this place three stars on the food! The design of the location, 4 plus stars! The bar, 4 plus stars! In my mind, if your looking for a great singles bar, this place is excellent! The food, I guess fits for bar food! The reason for 3 stars is only based on the food. The bar and singles scene is much higher!

I was in town for a work visit and stopped here based on a quick glance at the menu. The service was great but the food was disappointing. I ordered the Hawaiian BBQ tacos and it comes with a side. The chopped brisket tacos came out with cold pineapple slapped on top straight from a can of pineapple chunks. It was meh. The brisket was ok but the pineapple really brought this down quite a bit. The pulled pork Mac & cheese was the side I chose. It was inedible. The Mac & cheese alone was bland and the meat on top was not great. I tried to add bbq sauce, but it did not help. I usually box all leftovers because I hate food waste but I left the Mac & cheese on the table.

THIS IS THE SPOT!!!! Oh my gosh I love this place!!! I was visiting from out of town and looked up live music and found Brewsters!! I visited both locations over my trip and they both were so much fun and so cool!! The music was awesome, the drinks were cheap and good, and the food was yummy! Staff was super friendly and I really enjoyed my visits!!!!

I refuse to order sushi anywhere else in Laredo. Posh is definitely thee best. Not giving 5 stars just because they have missed the orders for pick up quite a few times. Other than that, I love visiting the restaurant on Delmar or ordering to bring food home.

"Settled in the Canyon Lake area, this little spot doesn't appear to be much if you're just passing by but looks are deceiving. When you come in it has a divey feel with a bit of down home mixed in.They have live music a lot of nights and it becomes over 21 after 9pm. We decided to pop in here with our group after a long pool day for some drinks and grub.We had some of the chicken strips, a burger, pulled pork sandwich and some brisket tacos. All was devoured without a word. If no one is talking, the food must be good! The patio has some games that the kids played while the adults had a few beverages while winding down. The wait staff was attentive and very friendly. I recommend a stop if you're in the area."
"Dang! Tried Ngos for the first time today and mind blown! We ordered the Allstar stirfry with fried rice, egg roll, and an order of crab Rangoon. Holy cow! The stir fry has shrimp, beef and chicken, and PLENTY of it! The beef was absolutely delish. The chicken is solid, and the shrimp is huge! The crab Rangoon were also large and fried crispy. My husband and I ate our fill and still have enough for lunch tomorrow. One meal easily feeds 2 or 3. Great value and wonderful people."
"Went with a group of friends that wanted to do a little country dancing. Kicks is located in Angleton, TX which is approximately 50 miles south of Houston. You must be 21 years old to enter. There was a wide range of ages on a Friday night when we were there. My group had a range of 49-55 years old and we fit in comfortably. There were a few older but mostly younger than us. However, we did not feel out of place given the age mix.Kicks does have a strict dress code. It seems to be enforced because I did not see anyone dressed in a way that broke the dress code. Make sure you read their website on the dress code. The dress code includes both women and men. It also includes a ban on pocket knives of all kinds. There is live music Thurs-Sun. The sign on the door says the doors open at 8PM and entry is not allowed after 1:30AM. The band that was there when we were there played three sets. During their breaks, the dance floor was still packed while music from current country hits were piped through the speakers. There was a good mix of couples and line dancing. The floor can get really crowded but fun was still had by all. Security seemed to be present and aware at all times. I was pleasantly surprised with the lack of heavy smoke. The smoke seemed to be much heavier in the pool table area but I did not venture to the back to see that area. The dance portion of the club seemed to be relatively smoke-free. I did not see anyone smoking in the dance area. I'm not sure if it isn't allowed or if it was just coincidence on this night. Bottom line: Kicks is a fun place to kick up your heels is you like to country dance. They had a good mix of partner and line dancing. If you like to country dance, you could have a good time here."
"Yes please!!! The best biscuits and sausage gravy ever!! It is hard to find a good gravy at a restaurant and this one has mastered it. Order this with a side of sausage and you are made! We also had pumpkin pancakes which were "fall heaven"!"
"Who doesn't love a good tiki bar on the beach? This is located at "the Spot"- it's a multiple bar venue on seawall blvdSuper cute and casualIt was a rainy beach day and the place was empty The bartender was so friendly and she helped me to decide on the most cost effective way to imbibe my Sunday favorite mimosas I got my bd to join in on the fun with a beer-ita The food was tasty and the atmosphere was exactly what I needed to beat the rainy day blues They have a jukebox but the bar was playing its own playlistI would have preferred the jukebox Def bring bug repellent tho The mosquitos were out in force"
"I have eaten at Amy and Kathy's in the past. Great people working there and some killer food. Their pimento cheese is my favorite and it is to die for. Their recipe is like no others with the garlic in the background. Highly recommend."
"I went there for lunch and the service was quick and very good. The ambiance was more bar/pub like than a dine in. If there is a second floor I didn't go there. I ordered a burger and it was very juicy and everything was fresh. I will go again."
"Was not impressed by any part of the experience. Food was ok priced but food was only average tasting and very greasy. Our particular server was way more engaged with her cellphone than working."
"The burger was a solid three. My dinning companions felt a little better about theirs . However, I'm assuredly hard on burger purveyors especially when it's in your name.Padre Island Burger Company was in the right place at the right time for me. Before leaving Dallas, the Texas Monthly cover photo caught my attention. A huge cheeseburger on the hood of a red pickup! Coincidentally, one of their recommendation runner ups for Burger worth traveling for was PIBC.As I was heading from Port Aransas to Padre Island National Seashore around lunch time,it only made sense to stop as I was passing right by.The place has a great corner location, easy parking, counter service and full bar.Comfotable booths and tables, multiple TV's and classic MTV videos playing. CheckThe cheeseburger was substantial and did the trick. Better than a fast food burger but on the expensive side . I wouldn't hesitate to drop in if you need a burger fix. Mine was overcooked so you probably need to tell them exactly how you want it when you order."
"It had been ages since we last visited Longboard, so we decided to swing by during the Harvest Moon Regatta, and wow, the views were absolutely amazing! We were just in the mood for some snacks rather than a full meal, so we ordered some shrimp nachos that really hit the spot--they were delicious! Our bartender and server, Frank, was incredible. He truly went the extra mile for us, even offering to grab some towels from the pool area since we were feeling a bit chilly. He also made a special trip to grab us a Pellegrino from the stock room. Overall, we had such a lovely time and can't wait to come back!"
"This is a really nice place to eat. Wonderful customer service. This place has a nice environment and a great setting. I would definitely eat here again. They also have an amazing carrot cake. Really good fried pickles! Also it's pet friendly!"
"A great brunch place ! The wait was a bit long but I would say it was worth it. My visit included my family of 5. The service we received was wonderful. I was able to take picture of our meals. Warm comfort food found here. A mix of German and American cuisine. This restaurant is actually pretty small but they make it work and not crowded. Something I loved was that the syrup for my pancake came in a warm bottle and I really enjoyed that haha. I give it 4 out of 5 stars because end of service the check still has a "credit card charge" from Covid. ( bring cash if you can) It's 2024 the owner should definitely change that."
"Great food! The owner was very friendly and chatted with me & my mother for a while. The service is spot on - in fact I've just reserved a take for her birthday next week!"
"Burgers are huge! Juicy, cooked just right and everything in my burger was fresh and delicious! As soon as we walked in we were greeted at the door with a menu. Service was top notch. They have an outdoor area and indoor with music playing. A cool hangout place. Bike night last Thursday of the month for those motorcyclists. Plus Adam Richman from Man vs Food has visited and eaten here. Highly recommend it!!"
"Great environment, good people and awesome beer selection. Hopefully Joe is there to talk to you at the bar! As a hometown kid who moved away I know this is exactly what the valley needed. I have never seen such a great variety of Texas beers and would definitely recommend to anyone."
"Tried a different seafood restaurant with my family this evening. The Blue Cove has a cozy and relaxed vibe to it. It is great for parties of all sizes. Depending on how busy it is you may seat yourself or wait to be seated. The staff is great! They are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. My party was served by Jeremiah. He was knowledgeable about the drink and dinner menus. I went with a his drink and food recommendations. I started off with a margarita on the rocks. For dinner I had a salad to start and then I devoured the local stuffed drum with rice and veggies that he recommended. The crab mixture the drum was stuffed with was okay but the drum was seasoned and cooked to perfection! The veggies were a carrot, squash and zucchini medley cooked with the right amount if garlic. For dessert we all shared a bread pudding with vanilla ice cream. Chef's kiss! I highly recommend this establishment. I would rate this in my top three restaurants to patron in CCTX for seafood!"
"I cannot even begin to put into words what a wonderful restaurant Sonny's is! Hands down the best barbacoa and chiccarones I've ever had! To make the experience even better the staff is so amazing! I go every two weeks, and they always great me with a smile. Know my name and order the minute I walk in. So nice to have a good family owned business that cares about their customers. Good food , good service and I promise you will leave with a smile on your face."
"I came with two friends for lunch here and were sat by the patio. The views of the gulf were spectacular and the service was overall fast. The moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile and were taken care of the whole time. I ordered the buffalo sliders and the sauce was great!"
"I was in town for a high school graduation and spent the night. Morning brought breakfast and I consulted yelp for my morning meal. La Fonda de Don Martin was on yelp so I decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed. I ordered the machacado plate and my husband had the Huevos Albanal which the waitress said is eggs bathed in devil sauce so basically burn you're younger off hot. There was a resident tortilla lady cranking out tortillas! The food was delicious and the tortilla were fresh and hot . The place is abbot pricey. It totally worth it. Please give it a try you'll love the tortillas."
"I had a business meeting in the area, so I decided to check out a new restaurant. (New to me.) I found this restaurant tucked away in the corner of a shopping center, surrounded by a few other restaurants. I tried to compare how many people were at this restaurant vs. the others. It was hard to tell.. when I walked in, it looks a bit like a pub. Small, dark, wine on every wall, and just enough space around each table that you could easily have a wheel chair or stroller roll through. There were two waiters and a bartender managing the front. My waiter was also accepting wine deliveries, so another waitress stepped in to help. I never had to wait long to have someone stop by or look over to see if I needed anything. If you've ever seen the tv show Cheers you'll get an idea of the ambiance and service. The burger was great! Al Green is playing on the speaker as I type this. I have a new spot for a date night when I feel like driving off the island."
"Julia's has been serving the highest quality food at the peak of freshness since the beginning. I first met Julia when I was working for the county and I have to tell you, it's the best of the best. Even now, even though I do not live near by I make it a point to stop in for her delicious food."
"This establishment brings a quiet personal atmosphere not found anywhere else in Gonzales. The food is top notch and the friendly staff gives excellent service! For a great steak or seafood meal, you can't beat it. Appetizers and bar drinks were excellent!"
"Food was not great. Ordered the fajitas and it was chewy and burnt. It was my first time trying it and probably my last."
