"Our families used Adrian for my Dad's funeral, to their credit ... they do a wonderful job. During my Dad's funeral he was very hard to get a hold of and arrangements came late. They do not respond promptly at all. We wanted to continue using them and giving them business, due to the fact that most of us live out of town. After placing arrangements for my Dad's birthday, Adrian decided to not give benefit of the doubt and discontinued taking orders for myself, my Mother, and her granddaughter. This is not good customer service on their part during a time of need. At LEAST have compassion and answer a call or message or text. If you run a business and have taken care of previous customers, then you would make sure to AT LEAST to reply with something. Even if it's a no. I was told by Adrian he'd get back to me, and never did. It's unprofessional of you/you all."
