"Okay, so I have to write this review because my experience with Mrs Edna was so AMAZING. She's knowledgeable, welcoming and has amazing customer service. I called as I pulled in last minute, asking if I could get a last minute arrangement for my step mothers birthday, and she opened the door to me and attended me HAPPILY and did such an amazing job. I asked for half and half of roses and sunflowers wrapped and she just added the most beautiful accents and was so pleasant to speak with. As she was arranging the flowers, we spoke and honestly was just a wonderful experience. Usually in services I just awkwardly stand there until i get my things and go, but with Mrs Edna I felt at home immediately and she provided amazing customer service. Support your local flower shop by buying directly from them. I can assure you that Mrs Edna takes so much pride into her work and into her business."

Same day delivery was an option, and it was only $15.My friend was out walking her dog when she came back to find the arrangement waiting for her at the door. She told me she "gasped"! She was so surprised and felt so loved. My friend sent me pics, and she was right, the arrangement was gorgeous!Thank you to the sweet girl who answered the phone and adjusted the bouquet a bit to my taste. Thank you to the creative person who captured what I had in mind. This beautiful creation was well worth the $70 for everything!!!!"

"A funeral is a difficult time for everyone involved, and evokes every type of pain a human can experience. My grandmother LOVED flowers, and especially white roses. The picture of the spray on top of the casket is what we received for $300, and the other picture is of what it should've looked like with at least 5 dozen roses. The arrangement we had barely had 2 dozen rose, and like any person would we reached out to the business directly.When we called my aunt spoke with a man regarding our dismay with the product we received, and he HUNG UP on my aunt! When she called back he refused to speak to her so naturally she went directly to the shop. My aunt one of the kindest people I know, and she calmly walked in and explained to the owner a tall man that she was upset with the spray we received. Not even addressing the fact that he had hung up on her multiple times. She offered an array of solutions to the problem such as adding additional roses to the spray we received, or a discount to no avail. She then proceeded to ask for a full refund, and when she did HE STOOD UP as to overshadow/intimidate her with his stature. She stood her ground, and demanded a refund. As he was giving her the refund he was tell her "It's not my fault your Mom died", and cussed her out as she left.Please be advised that if you use this business your flowers will be made WITHOUT LOVE!!!!!"

I am so thankful for the florist that answered the call. She was so enthusiastic and I could feel her smiles through the call. "We used razzle dazzle for our wedding flowers and our reception. The flowers were beautiful and the staff was very helpful. They did my bouquet and all bridesmaid bouquets, groom & groomsmen flowers, pew flowers and alter flowers. They also were very accomodating when I just wanted table linens and twinkle lights for the reception instead of their full-on reception decorations. I was very thankful they came and did that small amount for the reception, most companies would not have agreed unless you buy the whole show! I had created my own table centerpieces and decor and only needed table linens and some twinkle lights over the picture windows. They were a dream to work with and we had no problems at all. Highly recommended!"

"I ordered a Mother's Day Floral arrangement for my mother in law and wanted to use a local florist since I live in Portland and like to shop local whenever I can. I placed the order over the phone and was assured that the arrangement would be delivered to my mother in law's office on Friday. By Friday afternoon I'd not heard from my MIL so I called the florist to ask if the flowers had been delivered. The person who I spoke to that afternoon assured me that the flowers had been delivered. That same evening I called my Mother in Law and she told me that she didn't receive any flowers. I called Artistic Flowers twice on Saturday and was finally told that they would redeliver the flowers if I wanted them to. I decided that I wanted to get my money back and to cancel the order since my MIL was not going to be home and the whole situation was turning into more trouble than it was worth.Monday I called the office to follow up with my refund and was surprised at the response that I received. The owner got on the phone and was ready for a fight before the conversation was ever started. She was sarcastic and rude from the get go. She told me that I was not clear that they were going to deliver the flowers to a business when I placed the order and she told me that she called me and left me a message that the flowers had not been delivered on Friday evening When I explained that I called on Friday and was told that the order had been complete, she said that she called me and left me a message on Saturday and insisted that this was the reason that I'd called her. I told her that I called her on Saturday because I'd left a message with their 24 hr answering service and hadn't heard back from them, nor had I received any messages about the order. I then told her that I was told that my money was going to be refunded to me on Saturday and the woman got upset and told me "Ugh, what do you want me to do? I don't know what you want. If you want a refund I will give you the refund"I told her that I was upset that my order was messed up and upset that in the four conversations that I had with her office, no one apologized for the mixup or for the inconvenience and that I didn't appreciate the rudeness that she responded with. This statement was answered with, "Well, what do you want" and finally said "I'm sorry then, there you go, what else can I do for you".I then asked her for a refund for the flowers, which she said would get charged back to my credit card. She then very sarcastically thanked me for my business and told me to have a nice day.From what I understand, this is typical of the customer service provided by Artistic Flowers. They treat their customers poorly and are lacking in professionalism, manners and general people skills, which is ironic since they are in the service industry. I doubt that they would still be in business were they not the only florist in town. Next time I will use a different delivery service. If I am going to be treated rudely and with such lack of courtesy I will happily take my business elsewhere."

"We attended the wedding reception of the son of one of our friends about 6 years ago and while I was familiar with the town of Old San Patricio, I had no clue this oasis was built amongst the brush of south Texas. While we were only guests, I was totally impressed by the grounds, facilities and beauty of the setting. Our friends had nothing but high praise for the management and it appears to be able to handle more than one event at a time. If we have the need to book something as elaborate as a wedding reception, this will be our first choice. They've built a marvelous venue."

"Our families used Adrian for my Dad's funeral, to their credit ... they do a wonderful job. During my Dad's funeral he was very hard to get a hold of and arrangements came late. They do not respond promptly at all. We wanted to continue using them and giving them business, due to the fact that most of us live out of town. After placing arrangements for my Dad's birthday, Adrian decided to not give benefit of the doubt and discontinued taking orders for myself, my Mother, and her granddaughter. This is not good customer service on their part during a time of need. At LEAST have compassion and answer a call or message or text. If you run a business and have taken care of previous customers, then you would make sure to AT LEAST to reply with something. Even if it's a no. I was told by Adrian he'd get back to me, and never did. It's unprofessional of you/you all."
