"Move over dive bars. This is your competition. I love this place! Oh you need some toiletries? Maybe some farm fresh eggs? Wait, maybe you need a cheeseburger. No, I ate a pork barbecue sammy for $3.25 and had a Shiner for $2.50 but if you want a Naty Light you can have that for $1.75. If you need a stem in your life though, they got a few wines here too.We drove past it the first time but we learned about this place from the local law. A friend of mine got into trouble around town and somehow befriended the local enforcement and was told that this place is where you get your barbecue and the coldest beer. I don't really drink beer. Nor am I a huge fan of barbecue.But I had both here. The pork sammy I had for lunch was awesome. I'm not sure if it is a local thing but it wasn't dripping in sauce. However, it still maintained a nice vinegary not too sweet flavor. I had mine all the way... pickles.. onions... you know... load her down. Miss Taffy was also very kind to us making sure she tended to us city slickers. I had a great time talking to her and she really made me feel welcome. I'm sure that this is the place to be in the evening and weekends. I'm down."
