"Mrs. Woody Jr's was a lifesaver! We had gotten a flat tire on our rental as we had just arrived in Port A (it was a screw probably leaving the airport) and it was going to take Budget too long to come take a look at the tire, as we had a fishing excursion booked. Mrs. Woody Jr's was able to get us in and out in less than half an hour and we had plenty of time to spare (ha, get it?) before our fishing trip. They only charged us $35 (we would've tried to figure out how to do it ourselves, but the car came with no lugwrench and no jack handle) and were able to fix the original tire. The guys were friendly, professional, and had even offered my dad a beer while we waited. There were some fun shoes and handbags to check out at the Bella Bella Boutique while we waited- kind of an eclectic place, a whole mix of things. "I can not express how blessed I was to have Found Romay's. We had a accident on our Mercedes. It did damage to the rear of car. Romay's was fast and friendly at getting it fixed. They also did oils change that cost $350 at dealership for $150. If you have any car you need service this is the place to go."

"I had a slow leak and pulled in to see if they'd check the tire. They saw there was a nail and offered to repair it for me (free) if I came back in about 1 1/2 hours. My Jeep wouldn't start when I went to leave and they not only tried to fix it they let me wait while I waited to be towed. When I was about ready to leave they informed me they got it started. Then proceeded to fix my tire while we left it running. They were kind and helpful to a middle aged woman on her own, something MOST people would try to take advantage of! BUT, we had an EXCEPTIONALLY pleasant experience with Al Willeford in Portland that I can't let go without sharing.My wife had been looking for a new SUV. Well, we asked for a "quote" off of the Internet site we saw the vehicle (the one that gives you the "True Market Value" of what you should expect to pay - which is usually a couple THOUSAND dollars less than MSRP). As it turned out, the quote came back $200 LESS than that - all this WITHOUT even talking to ANYone!We then met Larry Berger, the Internet sales guy there at Al Willeford. If I ever buy another Chevy product, THIS is the guy and THIS is the dealership I will be going to. The whole experience was about as painless as it can be. They gave us a great deal on the trade-in, didn't do the usual "song-and-dance" with the manager. Overall, just nice folks. And a excellent buy!"

"They will "guarantee" they have a deal and be nowhere near what you're asking for. They'll make promises on service and never return calls or emails and God forbid you try to get a warranty refund they will leave you waiting for hours. Tons of people just standing around and sitting at their desk watching someone standing and waiting but never even offer to help....absolute trash. Autonation doesn't have trouble helping people like lithia seems to...had similar problems at both locations."

"Bay Auto provided me with nothing but honest, friendly, thorough, and amazing service. I had been getting hit over the head by another vehicle repair company, and so many people kept telling me "take it to Bay Auto," but I had been so busy I just went with what I knew. Recently, I had my vehicle at the other repair shop, they wanted to charge me for the following (their words verbatim via text message) "The hourly charge is 159. We would need to change out the brake fluid. The part is 97.95. It also calls for 4 hours to replace that hose. So the total after parts, labor and tax is $1,169.35." I knew right then in there I needed to get my vehicle to Bay Auto. I called Bay Auto, Tim answered right away and told me "bring it in, and we will take a look at it and take care of you." I had my vehicle towed to Bay Auto, and from there they took care of everything over the phone for me. My car stayed parked in their garage safe over the weekend. Come Monday afternoon Tim calls and tells me the exact same issue with my car but the price is $356.89!!!!!! My HEART DROPPED and I cried tears of joy. The relief I had was so indescribable. I had been stressing on how in the world I was going to come up with the funds. I didn't need to stress anymore because BAY AUTO was taking care of my vehicle at a way more reasonable price. I told Tim my car was about to hit 100,000 and my vehicle app kept telling me to refer to the handbook. Tim told me he would check it out, take a look at what needs to be done then get back with me. Next day Tim called me and let me know everything looked good but the handbook does recommend a transmission flush but it was completely up to me if I wanted Bay Auto to do it now or come back at another time. I told Tim to go head and knock it out, and they did. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!! The customer service is great, the environment is great, staff are friendly, realistic, and humble. The team at Bay Auto do their best to work with all their customers. Thank you Bay Auto!!!"

"This place dropped my friends 2017 hayabusa. The owner said he put it on the stand and came back 30 minutes later and it had fallen over. The owner said he had already ordered the replacement parts, $1500 worth, and he would call when they came in. Now he wont answer his phone or text messages. He's a slimy scumbag. Have only had one job they turned down, a radiator that needed replacing in an old Cadillac. They recommended Bear's Radiator Service. He did I great job. After looking around and asking people where we should go, I put the temporary spare on and went to Craig's. Craig met me outside his shop and said the tire would be ready after lunch. Took our car in and they had it for almost a month never fixing the issue we took it in for all while the service advisor Anna was rude to us almost every time when calling to ask about our car whenever trying to reach her at all was difficult. Spoke to Randy the service director and he said he would be taking it over and 4 days went by and he never called or text and went on vacation. Do yourself a favor and avoid the labor costs and go to a shop that had integrity not charge more labor than parts even when the issues aren't even fixed."

George at the front in service and Joe the mechanic were the best. I felt so at ease and right there and then I knew my vehicle was gonna get serviced the right way.
