Wow. Friday 9/20/24 i was just verbally assaulted by the the BK workers here. They were upset that i cursed after sitting at a nonresponsive drive thru for 5+minutes with no attempt from them to come take my order... saw them sitting inside upon entering then was subjected to yelling from their window that they were calling police on me for being frustrated with the lack of service.... do NOT ever patronize this establishment. DON'T TAKE MY WORD, just trust the male employee who yelled at me- i quote "WHAT ARE YOU DOING AT ORDERING BURGER KING???"

There are 221,184 ways to have a whopper. But only one way is correct. Your way. Isn't that the kinda motto of burger king ? I know it's fast food but I guess my way doesn't matter. I am kinda sad this is what I get when I ask for extra onionsNo pun onions were already put on it I'm a sad face. I think it was done on purpose for we asked for extra extra extra extra extra onions because I never get my whopper my way.

It is rare to find super happy people working at any restaurant but at fast food it's almost never. But today I was proven wrong by the amazing team at this Burger King. Susan and Allen are extremely fast and super friendly. It you are in the area stop and say Hi and grab a sandwich.

Worst service I never had! Came to get lunch with the family. Went to the drive through... and we sat there for 3-4 minutes, till I said "excuse me, you open"? The reply I got was... "yes, geez give me a minute"... so we waited, and waited... then after about another 4-5 minutes, we reversed out of the drive through. Tried to call the number for their restaurant that we found online and it was disconnected... WORST BURGER KING I have ever visited.. and I have had Burger King in Iraq... when Burger King hadn't received its vegetables or sauce deliver due to insurgents attacking a supply convoy... so basically a whopper with just the bread and meat! I would give this Burger a King 1/4 star if I could!

Yikes!! Placed a Mobile order was supposed to be done at 12:44 finally got it at 1:22. There were not nearly enough people working and they were all working hard, but one person was running the front window the drive through and getting the food. When we finally got our food we got the kids meal and there was no toy, no big deal but probably should have provided something free or something. There are much better deals when you don't order a kids meal. Like I said the workers were working hard and it wasn't their fault it's definitely a result of poor management

Yesterday I went to Burger King on Horne Rd, in Corpus Christi Tx and found a long black hair in my burger !!!! Brought it to the managers attention but all she said was it couldn't of came from her store! Employees with long really need to wear hair nets !!!

SUPER GREAT SERVICE, The Manager Susan was very pleasant taking our order, when I ordered my child's food wrong, she replaced it for me at no charge, and it was my fault. Then my other child spilled her drink and Susan came and mopped it up herself with a smile and courtesy. My other child dropped her French Fries, and they replaced them free of charge as well. I have been in the hospitality business for 30 years and never seen customer service as satisfying as that.
