Horrible location. The drive through does not move for over 10mins. When I went inside to order the girl was not friendly and was picking her nails. I saw the cook in the back making the burgers with no gloves and smashing the buns before wrapping them. On top of that the credit card machine wasnt working and we were told if paying by card we had to get back in the drive through line that is not moving. The frozen drinks are never working they should just not event offer it. No impossible burgers. And told they only had 2 employees working and would take 20-25mins for our order to be made. Very bad service. Do not recommended.

Well at first I thought the rating was wrong but after my visit, they are not.As we get to the speaker and I am asking what is on the 2 for 5 menu, the person on the speaker says "how can I help you". First off she was interrupting our conversation, secondly no thank you for choosing burger King, or would you like to try our *add featured item here* today? Nothing. So of course since the driver was telling me what was on the menu (Bing blind) the lady on the speaker said it again (as she did not hear us having a conversation about the menu. I could understand if we were just chit chatting but we were not. I know she heard us because I've worked in fast food so they can hear everything.So we tell her just a minute please. And rudely she responds "let me know when you're ready".So not even more then a minute later we say we are ready to order. She then takes two minutes to answer. We give our order and we pull forward. She did not thank us or anything. The guy who was working the window, after giving us our oder same thing. No thank you, have a great day etc. When we got home of course the order was not the way we told her, why would we think it would be?. This place needs better management. If the employees do not want to work get rid of them there are plenty of people who need/want jobs.If I could give no stars I honestly would.Needless to say we gave the food to a homeless person when we went to go get food somewhere else. We did not throw it away.We did not complain because with the attitude we received, I'm sure we would not have gotten any better service.

What I like about breaking right when I walk into the doors they creep me the store looks clean the very friendly they never seem to amaze me every time I go there. I always and forever will return back to this location just because I get to spend one on one time with me and my child and we love coming here we love the food we love to taste the quality and it seems to amaze me every time

Horrible service. order taker and some girl named Mariah was so unprofessional and uncooperative. Apparently they were out of printer receipt paper. I just happen to need that for work related documentation of expenses. They wouldn't even give me a darn fry bag with the total amount spent. Called customer service and all they did was refer me to someone else. What kind of customer service is this?

Wish there was an option for NO STAR. Cashier did not greet us. She didn't say thank you after taking our order. My friend said the unsweet tea was more like toilet water, he opted for Coke instead. Fries were soggy and cold. Our number 1 burger was room temperature.....how does a "flame broiled burger" come out cold?? Corporate needs to "clean house" at this one. Severely disappointed!

ordered online was trying to be quick for my lunch break no one was waiting in the drive through but got told to pull up and was ignored for 10 minutes then told there was no cheese sticks.Saw 2 cars behind me get their drinks and food before me. when an employee came out to give someone else their drinks I asked about the wait and was also informed they didn't have one of my drinks as well 40 more minutes went by with no update and I watched more and more cars behind me get their orders before me. Employee just came out and said he had no clue I was here. I don't understand how a business can run like this.

I am SO disappointed. I am a teacher and as a reward for having good progress, I bought my Special Education kid meals. They came without the toy, no ketchup and several items were missing. It was only 4 kids meals and 1 adult meal (which I also did not receive!). I tried calling several times and they never answer! I work extremely hard and this was a lot of money for me to spend to reward our students' hard work. I won't make this mistake again. Grateful my students were disappointed, but handled it well.

I ordered my food online, got there and waited in the drive thru line for 5 mins and the line never moved. There were 5 cars ahead of me. So my son and I decided to get off and get our food. The lobby was trashed! All the tables were dirty, trash on the floor and food left over from customers on the floor and tables. I see quite a few customers waiting for their meals for over 20 mins.! The employee in the front had no customer service or communication skills. Never said sorry to any of the customers or I for waiting so long for our food. As I was standing there waiting for my food, you can see the cook touching his hat and rubbing his nose with his gloves on while fixing up everyone's burgers! I wanted my money back and to complain but that would've took 30 more mins wasted in there! Never going back, warning everyone cross contamination!

Havent been their in a while and boy was the service bad. There was no manager present when I ask to speak to the manager they called her on the cell phone and said she'll be there in a bit I asked for a refund they said that I had to wait for the manager to get there to get the refund so I decided to keep my food which took 15 minutes side of my car ate the food and still the manager was no more insight so I'm glad I didn't wait for my refund the customers that were taking place for the manager was absolutely rude and unhelpful and did not do the job correctly there is no need to be rude when you are in a work environment.
