Not a bad mall with the exception of Beales Outlet! Felt like I was being followed and profiled by the worker as I was checking the location while waiting for actual stores like JC Penny and Dillards to open! Silly girl tried to give an excuse for her being in each area I was in as if I dont know what the word "recovery" means! B+++ you just moving items around not replacing them! FOH

The mall has undergone a few changes since living in Victoria all those years ago. They took out the gazebo area, which was my favorite, and laid down carpet. What happened to all the planters? Bummer! In spite of the changes for the worse, I still shop here: Dillard's, JC Penney's, and Best Buy to name a few. Recently, my mother and I ate at Casa Ole, a franchise a friend from church formerly owned. Not sure when they remodeled, but the new decor took some adjustment. Life happens, and things change. Don't let that deter you from shopping at the Victoria Mall.

This was a surprising place to find an active Bealls shop at. Everything felt like it fell out of the 1990s down to the music playing. The stores are not remarkable but there are a few flagships stores like JCPENNYS, Dillards and Best Buy. It's a very chill vibe and for me I don't feel a need to return not even for the Spirit Halloween. The parking lot is huge so that's something.

I go to Victoria mall every Tuesday's on my vacation time every once or twice year to go look around or walk around before the movie on every Tuesdays at Cinemark 12 in Victoria, Texas. All the stores are very nice and good employees. I'll be back again

This is a nice mall considering the size of the town. It has high end shops to tourist shops.

I mean theres really nothing else to do in victoria it's such a small and boring town, so unless you want to sit at home and entertain yourself somehow this is litterally the only place to go.

It's sad that this is the only mall in the area. For some reason, businesses don't stay here for long. The mainstays are still here - Dillard's, Sears, JCPenney, and Bealls - but we've lost a lot of good ones. It's almost like walking through a ghost town, most days. There are more vacant shops than open ones, and the crowd is largely kids playing hooky from school and old ladies power walking around the perimeters. The kids' play area is overrun with wild, unruly children who are far too big to be playing in a toddler's playground. To be frank, there are a lot of stupid parents who want to wander around munching on popcorn from Popcorn Plus or cookies from Great American Cookie Company while their many children tear apart the public areas. I've had to seek out security officers many times to get older kids to stop terrorizing the little ones. The bathrooms are meh. Usually not very clean, but passable in an emergency situation. It's unfortunate that the people of Victoria treat public restrooms like city dumps - I wouldn't want to clean that crud, either. ;)I don't know if the problem is rent prices or something else, but everyone I know wishes that the local mall was better. Victoria could have a great opportunity as a shopping center for the surrounding areas - alas, it seems the only businesses that thrive here are chain restaurants. ;)

If you're a fan of the quaint, mildly smelly, 80's throwback mall then this place is for you. Somehow it manages to keep anchors like JC Penney, Dillard's, and Sears still in business despite being in the forgotten town of Victoria, Texas.I have to admit though the mall has some charm. It reminds me of being kid and going shopping before the age of multi level super malls. There is also something nice about being in a mall without kiosks. To be able to walk through the concourses without people accosting you to buy shoe and facial cleanser is refreshing. Being that this is one of the few places to go in Victoria I expect it to be in business for years to come. I think some new carpeting and a decent restaurant would go a long way though.

Literally why? Like it's ok if you want to buy jewelry or mediocre clothing, otherwise there's just NOTHING THERE.
