Bron's Shaved Ice & To Go Bar

Cool little shaved ice stand. We got both snow cones and adult drinks. Very fast and quick. Service was great.

Ambiance was cool, but the service was mediocre and the drink, a "margarita on the rocks" was awful. It tasted like a melted lime shaved ice... could not tell there was alcohol in it at all.

This place is so fun! It's a little bar you walk up to and you can order shave ice or alcohol to-go! The menu is vast and everything is made fast and well done. I've only had shave ice from here so far, but I'll come back for drinks this week!

We stopped to get shaved ice today while flying our Black Lives Matter flag on the way home from the beach. We'd just been informed they were closed and were getting ready to leave when a man, presumably the owner, came up to the window and said, "Get that communist flag the f*** off my lot." We left without further incident. We understand flying a Black Lives Matter flag in this area is (absurdly) controversial. However, the owner of this restaurant was aggressive and threatening without any provocation aside from our flag. Despite their delicious snow cones, we will not be patronizing this place again.

If they had better customer service this place would be a hit! They have a large drink and snow cone selection and pretty affordable. She seems to get annoyed every time someone comes up to order and doesn't make eye contact, hello or smile when you first get up to the window. She wasn't wearing a mask so pretty easy to read. She seems more interested in going home if I'm honest. I was going to try a few things but decided on just one to just get ordering out of the way. Was excited to try but the overall experience was a buzz kill. Strawberry lemonade slushie is just snow cone ice with strawberry syrup and some lemonade - not very slushie just a snow cone basically (the bottom of the cup had a leak and got everywhere). Husband liked his blue coconut snow cone. Our Apple maps showed the location was closed but they were open based on Yelp hours so I'd go with those.

Save your cravings! This is NOT shaved ice! It's crushed ice nothing shaved about it. The flavors are really watered down.-maybe it's from the chopped up ice melt bing? And the girl with the fake colored contacts really needs some customer service training. If she doesn't like her job it surely isn't the customers' fault. Smile and be welcoming to the patrons/visitors. Will find another shave ice around here.

Okay, so here's how this works. Whoever decided to make frozen margaritas (and other frozen drinks) available just blocks from the beach is genius. With a simple red tape we take our frozen concoction that helps us hang on from the amazing friendly assistant, get back into our car or golf cart, and ride to the beach without fear of having an open drink. This is our first stop every time we go to Port A. The person behind the little window is ALWAYS friendly even with lines that at times can be 15 minutes long. There is a little siting area right in front of the store to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather and people watch. Did I say you can get margaritas by the gallon? I want to thank the creator of Bron's Ice and To Go Bar. We love this place.

These margs were made for teetotalers. Tastes like melted lime flavored kona ice. Highly recommend that you stay away.

Do not recommend this place!!! Service is trash,The girls taking the orders have attitudes all the time. Get bother when you ask questions about the menu and just ugly all the way around!

The atmosphere, employees, and service was amazing! The snow cones were not thought. The ice was very thick, and it would splatter all over my clothes and table while I was trying to eat. And the syrup really had no flavor to it. It was just a colorful block of ice. Was it worth my 21 dollars for three snow cones? No. Will I be back? Maybe. I really loved the ambience of the area, and the expansion they've added, the snow cones just were not good.
