Bron's Beach Carts

Luis was a great help! We got a wonderful deal on a two day rental!I had called a couple of other places, but they weren't even that friendly over the phone. This is the place to go if you need a cart!

If I could give 0 stars, I would! I called inquiring about a cart rental, and asked about my dogs being able to ride on the cart and the person answering the phone was so rude and short with me as if I was inconveniencing him. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! There are plenty of more cart rentals in the area.

Just Got back from my 4 day trip to Port A. I 100% Recommend Bron's for Beach Cart Rentals. This is the 3rd Time we have rented from them and Service has ALWAYS BEEN OUTSTANDING. Keep up the Great Service & we will see you again in about 2 Months........!!!

I have been using browns beach carts since they opened. They have always been nice and they even let you pick a color if they have options. The process has always been easy and if there is a problem they will exchange carts if they have an extra. The set up for the bar area is great as well. The bands are nice and they have swings and Corn hole.

We called last minute, and they were sold out! But Hannah double checked and a nice newer 6 seater had just came in we she gave us a rent for 3 hours get 4th hour free! Best customer service quick and easy bring you ID , copy of insurance and a major credit card! You will be on your way in style!

Sunday afternoon 8/22/21 I've always wanted to stop by Bron's. I follow their Facebook and Instagram and couldn't wait to make the trip. My husband and I walked up at the front sliding window and asked for drinks. The guy behind the window thought my husband rolled his eyes and told my husband "your about to get slapped for rolling your eyes at me". My husband and I looked at each other in shock! We turned and walked away!! Who speaks to their customers in that way?!? That has never happened to us before and this was a big disappointment.Pro- nice clean place, lots of activities for others to doCon- Out of Order bathrooms and employees with attitude.

We have rented golf carts from Bron's for 6 years and have never had a bad experience until this year. Both carts are new, 1st one broke down. Both the 1st and 2nd golf carts are set to not go fast and we are getting passed up up by all other golf carts rented from other businesses. it has created one of our favorite parts of vacationing at Port A to now be our least favorite. No refunds are offered to turn in early. No discount or refund offered due to being broken down, stranded and out a taxi fee. Will not rent from Bron's in the future.

We chose Bron's as it was close to where we were staying in Port A for the 4th of July holiday. The carts are a bit old and not well maintained. We needed to leave early ahead of Hurricane Beryl, and they refused to refund us any money. The told us that it was our responsibility if the carts were damaged by the storm, but yet when we tried to return the cart early, we were charged our full 5 day rental. They stated "we will charge you the full amount, even if due to weather". This is an extraordinary circumstance and thought they would have integrity. this was not the case.After we left, the city issued a mandatory evacuation of Port A tourists. We will never rent from this business again. They deserve zero stars.

I had been a happy customer with Bron's for 5 years before our visit to Port Aransas on October 23-26, 2024. They rented us a cart with NO HEADLIGHTS and a passenger seat belt that DID NOT WORK. They did replace the cart promptly but the staff was rude, negligent, and explained that driving around Port Aransas at night without headlights and seatbelts is "no big deal". This place is begging to be sued. James Russell, San Antonio.

No Bluetooth on the carts which we enjoy Some carts don't have windshields. There better options on the island
